Best scramble eggs I have tasted in a long time. The place was very pleasant to stay in. Staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. Location was great.

I liked the public space... the outdoor covered seating on the street, the art and bright colors on the corridor walls, and the small kitchen. It felt cheerful during our rainy 3 day stay. The room was spacious with ample closet space and balcony with views of nearby forested hills. Perfect location for exploring city.

Great central location. Friendly staff. You can drive in front of the hotel to drop off luggage and the receptionist shared with us the directions for nearby underground parking. We would definitely stay here again when we visit St Gallen!!

The location is perfect!! The staff was very kind, friendly, and helpful!! The room has everything you need. Big plus for the amenities such as the free coffee and tea, and fruits. I liked the system better if it was in the room.

In the bathroom the glass wall of the shower was a bit dirty.

Even though breakfast is officially offered from 7 to 10, a few things were missing at 9:30. But that‘s okay. What I didn‘t like was that the breakfast buffet was already being undone at 9:45 while we were having breakfast (in time).The parking situation in St. Gallen worsened in the past years - you can‘t leave your car on public parking overnight without paying. The hotel has a cooperation with a nearby parking for CHF 19, which is kind of a fair price. The parking garage, however, is rather tight.

Modern interior with efficient use of space. Great views of the old town out the modern windows on the rooftop floor.

Quiet and comfortable location and room

I forgot my toothbrush. Would be great to have the possibility to get some at the reception. That day, they were no longer available.But was still a very good stay

great location rigth near the abbey and the old town. very easy to find and locate about a 10 min walk from the station

I loved everything about this hotel, perfect location, seven minutes walk from the train station. Good communication, friendly, helpful staff, clean room and super comfortable bed .

Great location, sparklingly clean and well organized hotel with friendly staff. It has all the essentials you need :)Amazing that they also provide trainings and job opportunities to the disabled employees. Should be more places like this!

I did not have a balcony with my room

The room was spacious, the bed comfy and the pillows were perfect. The room and bathroom were spotless as well. Breakfast had plenty of options and not crowded. Location was central, close to the parking as well. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Staff was all super nice and very central location.

Coffee in the morning was instant coffee. But staff helped me anyway getting my morning cup of coffee and were super nice.

The lady at the reception when I arrived was really kind and spoke amazing English.

The lights in the room were nit sufficient.
