We couldn?t believe the quality and location of this hotel considering its price. St. Gallen blew us away, and we would absolutely recommend this hotel to enjoy the spectacular city.

Centrally located, nice and modern rooms, and easy check-in even late at night. Check-in is fully automated and contactless, so if you want concierge services go somewhere else - for everybody else I fully recommend this hotel!

Good room size, good shower, good location.

The room was noisy because I could hear the guest in the next room coughing nonstop.

It was clean, very close to the train station and Mygros (supermarket).

Suggest the hotel to put the instructions on how to contact the staff if there is any problem during the check in check out process and put it on the table or on the webpage. I was only able to find the telephone number from the email sent by the hotel. However, it took me some time to find it and it was a bit nervous when you couldn’t finish the check in! In addition, please tell guest that they can use the telephone to call their staff, it was not clear.

Very conveniently located to the train and old town areas. The building is very quiet and the staff are fantastic. If you arrive early, you’re able to drop your bags with the concierge at the hotel across the way.

There are no refrigerators in the rooms but there is a communal one in the lobby.

A very comfortable small hotel, with a nice space for eating and relaxing on the ground floor.

The self check-in signage needs to be better. After entering the hotel, it's not clear enough what the next step is to check in. While we were eating in the common area, three other pairs of guests arrived, and none of them could figure out what to do. Since we had figured it out, we walked them through the process. It was comical, since they were mostly German speaking travelers, and we are not, but they couldn't figure out the system. We were happy to help, but it certainly says something about the system if it's challenging for every guest.

Disappointing

All communication in German - including instructions on how to enter building and check in, which I was then unable to complete due to issue with keyboard. Called for help, polite lady came from hotel across the street and finished checking me in - process took 20+ minutes. Then learned metered street parking would cost $45 overnight. Tiny elevator, strong dank smell in hallways and stairwell, no AC, loud street with open windows, zero breeze. We left after one night and found alternate accommodation.

The location is really excellent just few minute walk from main train station. Facility in room is very good comfort and practical. Cleanliness is good. Worth for the money. We are impressed for the response of the hotel during our stay. Highly recommended this place to stay during the trip to St Gallen. Room is quiet even though located in the city

Only the common area for having food. We feel that it should have basin for cleaning used dish.

- Love the self-check in. I ran into some trouble and staff came by immediately to help. 10/10 staff.- They have a fridge downstairs, as well as toilet paper and towels everywhere for all guests.- Everything was super clean.- Great price for the location and amount of nights.

- I stayed on the first floor and the wifi connection was weak. Our mobile data kept automatically connecting.- It can be a bit noisy in the morning with the parking lot on the back.- It seems there's no air conditioning, so it might be a bit warm in the summer.- The pillows were unfortunately too "empty", they caused us both neck pain sadly

The location was great, the self check in went smooth, the atmosphere felt friendly, and the room was nice and clean. I’d mention two downsides: i had some noise from outside, in the morning especially, and the wifi was very unstable.

Very easy and smooth Self checkin, even though that i reserved just a few minutes before.

The curtains could be more thick to block more light.

Free coffee in reception, comfy bed, clean, nice receptionist, close to railway

The self check in process wasn't perfect but the receptionist solves the issue promptly

Location great for walking access into town, grocery stores nearby. Good to be able to self cater in a v basic way. Great to have a fridge and tea/coffee makers. Bathroom excellent.

Value for money place. Very close to the train station and reaching the property was very easy. Room was as described and clean with clean bathroom and TV. The reception has a coffee machine, which is helpful. We reached earlier than 4 pm and had to wait in the lobby which was well maintained. Nice little property without much frills.

The check-in time starts at 4:00 pm, which is a bit late.

Very quiet and clean. Ten minutes walk from the old town and from the station.

Checking in was an issue as they included my middle name as my surname.
