Close to train station and clean , the staff are accommodating and kind

Clean, quick check in, efficient and very easy to get to from the airport. Proximity to the train station is excellent.

Cleanliness and security

The convenience to the airport was nice and the front desk reception ladies were kind.

We were not aware that the breakfast was extra- it ended up being 30 Swiss franks per person- which was waaayy too expensive for what was offered. The staff made it sound like breakfast was included. One of the beds in our room was really hard and uncomfortable. Neither of the fans worked and the AC didn't work well. The shower didn't drain and the bathroom door was no longer there. The wait staff at the hotel restaurant was really unfriendly and cold to us. This place felt extremely expensive for what we got.

The facilities such as wellness and gym was decent and in the case of the sauna excellent!

The room was on the second floor facing a double track with trains running all night long, passing by at high speed with a noise level that I would consider impossible for a hotel guest to sleep. Instead of a night well rested, we started the day badly and I would never thought that a hotel of any standing would expose guests to such continous noiselevel! The situation was also particularly bad as the room temperature could only be controlled by opening the windows which increased the level of noise and shaking of the whole building by some cargo trains in the middle of the night.

Service was very nice. Nice room and a great shower. Breakfast was perfect.

The staff was really friendly and helpful, and the on-site restaurant food was delicious and convenient.

We couldn't get the room cool enough for our tastes.

The hotel was even better than expected—just like the pictures, if not more beautiful in person. Everything was very clean, the location was great, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Great location. Much more affordable than some of the other large hotel companies near the airport. We had to be to the airport by 4:30am and they helped us book a taxi which we were very grateful for. If you need to stay close to the airport for an early flight, I think this is hands down the best place to stay for the price.

The bed I slept in had a very firm mattress. Not very comfortable.

The hotel offers excellent value for money. It will be hard to find better accommodation in this price range. Overall, the property is very good. There were only a few minor issues, mainly with the bathroom cleanliness, which did not fully meet the usual Swiss standards. For example, there were a few overlooked spots and noticeable lime deposits.

The property has some minor noise from neighbouring showers.

Didn't have breakfast. Room was very nice with a woodsy feel. I noticed a few other hotels in the same immediate area that I'd noted while browsing. I think this one was the best.

Clean and comfortable however our room is located very close to the train track and it’s Quiet loud and frequent. Near the airport.

staff is not frindly enough, they charge me 40 CHF for late check out without any prior notice although i have performed the chech out at 13:00. i tried to convense the satff ( Antonio and Angelika) to waive the late check out fee without hope.
