TRIP INN JET HOTEL Zürich Airport

Seemed like a good value meeting my need of a place to stay before getting a morning flight.

They charge $22 RT for the airport shuttle which undoes the lower price compared to the Raddison etc hotels using the same airport shuttle. The hotel is clearly at a lower star rating than the other hotels in the cluster of airport hotels.

the hotel's airport shuttle only cover one way. then we have to pay 10 francs each for going to the airport. hotel tells us we could use public bus and offers bus tickets as most of the hotels do.

Clean hotel that cares for it guests! The front desk manager on duty was amazing! Very professional and caring. She addressed all our needs promptly with style. Will definitely recommend your hotel to my friends and my business associates.

The rooms are very small. There is no help with the luggage and no available cart to help bring the luggage to the room from the parking. The charge for the shuttle to the airport is way too high (compare to other hotels) per person.

Thief at the front desk Adeel took $60.00 CHF cash and also charged my credit card.

Adeel at the front desk took $60.00 CHF cash for parking and then charged me on the my credit card as well. ThiefI have emailed with no credit to my credit card for the charge for parking. He asks me if I had a receipt for the cash !! Thief

Breakfast was amazing. Location to the train station was a 3 minute walk. Perfect location

Do not take a taxi from the airport. Take their Suttle taxi was 40 euro and Suttle was only 20 euro

Good and polite staff. The apartment was basic, but had everything we needed for stay near the airport for one night.

I have stayed multiple times at this property. Its very convenient if you need a stop over / fly in / fly out of ZRH and the staff are very friendly and helpful. This time they gave me a surprise upgrade too - something I thought should mention as a thoughtful gesture considering a few things at my end which also needed it// Usually Tim (reception0 is my star - this time a gentleman name Muhammed was super friendly and helpful too.Its an 18 min bus from ZRH and twice every hour direct bus - cant ask for more..

i always believe there is some room for improvement. Its my 10th stay with them. I still only wish some body lotion can be a part of the suppliers in the room. But its not a complaint and only a nice to have. They do have excellent hand wash / body wash gels and a good hair dryer etc..

I stay here often - very close to airport and a Bahnhof which is very useful in both summer and winter

Nothing - sometimes the lift is busy

Staff were very helpful while onsite as well as through messaging and emails. They responded very quickly to all queries. The room was comfortable and in particular, my room had a ceiling fan which helps move the air brilliantly. The shuttle was as advertised although the underground access is a little unconventional - but fine. One highlight is that the rail station into Zurich city center is just a 5 minute walk from the hotel. A great location and friendly and helpful staff were very much appreciated.

It was convenient and reasonably priced, rooms were nice.

Location to train and airport were excellent. However, there is no restaurant nearby. Beds were comfortable. Staff was courteous and helpful. The airport shuttle ( 10 CHF) was convenient.

My room smelled of smoke, and the walls were scuffed. Couldn't get the TV to work. The manager kindly moved me to a better room. Still a bit worn looking, but comfortable. I didn't like the soaps supplied for the shower or the sink. No complimentary coffee or tea in the room or the lobby. No restaurant or cafe nearby. 15 minute train ride to Zurich.

The ambiance was not as friendly as it could have been. It was further from the airport via train because it was on the other side of the airport. Needed to change trains, which was just a little less convenient.

Close to the Zürich airport, it was very clean and a good value. A great Italian restaurant very close.

They sold chocolate with Matterhorn pattern 7CHF, but it sell in stores 3 CHF! That was not nice!

Very convenient to and from the airport. The shuttle was great. Breakfast was good. Nice location for an evening stroll
