Capsule Hotel - Zurich Airport

Very clean and easy to access. Made having a late night connection with an early morning flight very easy!

Great service from staff all the way from booking until last minute of your stay. Everything was clean, high quality and fantastic, if you need to stay a night at the airport there is no need to think twice this is the place.Capsules are spacious and comfortable noise canceling and over all can’t even say anything negative about the experience. Thanks a lot for the hospitality :)

Nothing—except I had trouble finding it. Perhaps you should indicate it is very near the Radisson Hotel—when I questioned several people who worked in the airport, they didn’t know where it was.

For a capsule hotel, this is a great choice, especially if you need to catch an early morning flight from Zürich airport. Facilities are nice, clean, and modern. Capsules are comfy and spacious.

A little noisy at night with patrons arriving late, but other than that, no complaints.

Convenient location, size adequate and as advertised, community bathrooms clean. Wifi worked in common areas but not in capsule. Common areas nice.

Capsules are very warm-hot, anemic airflow at best and no temperature setting ability. Noisy! The infrastructure is poor, so the capsule shakes every time someone nearby gets in/out of theirs, and you can hear everything around you - snoring, rustling, and the slam of capsule doors. "Earplugs provided" as if this will neutralize the shaking of the pod and all the other sounds. People come in late and leave early so don't expect to get much sleep. This was a "female" capsule, but apparently not in a female only block, had to step through and over half naked men to get to capsule. If you leave after 8, the cleaning crew will be coming through to create additional noise (checkout is at 10:30). Wifi is the free airport wifi not something unique to the Capsule "hotel". Worked in common areas but did not work in capsule. If you are checking a flight, you have to get up and go out to the common areas to get wifi to work.

Convenient to the airport. Plenty of power outlets in the cube.

Noisy. Ladder is difficult to negotiate while carrying anything. No secure place for valuables outside of cube.

Location was great. The room was clean and comfortable.

I was given earplugs for noise reduction which helped some. Everyone respected the stay quiet policy, but you make noise opening the capsule doors. Also, the capsule vibrates with every movement you make. That makes it difficult for your neighbors to stay asleep, but you don’t realize it until you yourself are trying to sleep and your neighbor turns over or gets up to use the bathroom.

the vegan choices were very appreciated as were the granola choices. I'd like to see some more whole grain bread choices as I am pre diabetic

A. bigger pillow would have been nicer. Also Locked storage underneath the capsules. I'd like a bit wider bench and more hooks to hang stuff in the showers plus a couple more hanging hooks in the capsules

Great place for what it is: a basic, affordable place right next to the airport. Staying here allowed me to have a full day of fun on the Alps, and then just come here to sleep in preparation for an early flight. The bed seemed clean and comfortable. There was 24/7 staff for peace of mind about any questions/concerns.

By late night (1AM), none of the men's toilets were clean. I understand that this hotel hosts a lot of travelers, and it's late, and with the idea of reduced cost, it's hard to clean all the time. But still it was a bit disturbing to not be able to find a clean restroom.

It was conveniently super close and literally at the airport. The online checkin and self-checkin and checkout were really nice and the facilities were nice and clean.

Noisy guests. We got in a bit late, about 9:00. After showering and getting into bed, some new guests arrived even later. The signs clearly ask everyone to be quiet because people are sleeping. An employee brought the guest in and was talking just as loudly as the guest, explaining everything. What’s the point of asking us to be quiet if the staff doesn’t even try past 10:00 PM? The capsules are NOT sound proof. Please be more courteous.

Perhaps there could be a bit more room in the shower entrance area. The space before you enter the shower was a bit tight with limited space to place your items. It would also be great if your room had a door leading directly or much closer to the bathroom/ shower area.

Overall, a positive stay. A couple of small notes: the touchpad interface is a bit cumbersome when you're in a top capsule, and the structure transfers motion, so you feel your neighbors moving. Other than that, everything was perfect.
