Rooms slightly tight

I wish it had better gym facilities

Great location a short walk to historic shopping streets and restaurants. Bus stop right outside the hotel which takes you to the train station in minutes. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was modern. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and the setting very peaceful amongst trees. Lots of places to sit and read or work within the hotel.

Winter duvets were way too hot to sleep comfortably. The bathroom was small and the sink water went all over the counter.

Hôtel is by the park and so a pleasant outlook and quiet. It is still within walking distance to the old town and railway station. Staff were very friendly and helpful.My extra long bed and the bedlinen were very comfortable.

The hotel was well located near to restaurants and bars and shops. The room was quite nice but small.

The towels were so small that you could barely dry yourself on them. The water in the shower kept going too hot and too cold. In the restaurant where we had breakfast the shelves were so dirty and dusty.

Everything! Except that for a wild guest that took my spot I couldn’t charge my car - even though the hotel reserved my place. Yes, you can find these people traveling to Switzerland too :)

Maybe a bit too much at the crossroads and the outside of the hotel look a bit outdated but nothing to be worried of as inside is well maintained and refurbished

Clean and comfortable

The internet was not good. A lot of sites are blocked like Reddit. I couldn’t even log into my bank account.

Staff went above and beyond to arrange a birthday surprise in our room. Alissa & Mia were the sweetest.

Thermostat was not straightforward and we could not adjust the heating.

The breakfast was good and plenty of choice and the staff were very helpful and attentive.

The barman told me I could not stand where I was standing because it was reserved for Aperativi but the was nothing tell anyone so

We arrived only late at night and had to check in though the bar, but everything was arranged and it was smooth. I know this hotel well and have stayed here many times. It is always nice, good location, nice staff.

we were hoping to be able to have at least a cold meal, snack but I guess things close early in Winterthur.
