Good location. Staff helpful. Hotel ha 3 movie theaters with current films from the world. Complimentary for hotel guests. Breakfast is European. Everything is fresh and delicious.

The staff were very helpful. Sandro was good with the check in and helped me to get an initial orientation in Winterthur. Cowsie was very helpful and accommodating in the breakfast room. She made sure that I had everything needed and was so warm and welcoming that it made a big difference in my experience!

My first night was at the front of the hotel and the room was quite warm. The second night was at the rear of the hotel and was much more comfortable.

Cute, modern hotel in a pedestrian zone, a ten minute walk from the train station. Friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast. The opportunity to see a film was much appreciated.

Staff were great on arrival, friendly and informative. The room had a lovely small terrace with views over the city. The room itself was spacious and well et up - hot drinks, fridge, work desk etc.

Location ! Staff very friendly and helpful.Kowsi who served the breakfast was lovely a real credit to the hotel . She went out of her way to help us. Will definitely stay here again if we’re ever in Winterthur .

Rooms hot but it can’t have been that bad as we didn’t complain.

The staff were all extremely friendly, easy going and helpful. The room was clean, cozy and comfortable and nice decor - view on Allee and church nice. The location in the the pedestrian area of Winterthur is both practical and atmospheric - the pretty „Allee“ with trees, fountains and terraces in front was wonderful. They were uncomplicated about us bringing our dog. Having a movie theater in house felt decadent and we enjoyed the film and ease of having everything nearby. We had our pick of various tasty and cosy restaurants/cafes in the area, bus to train station at the end of the street, lots of little cool stores to peruse and access to museums made it all great for weekend away.

The bit confusing door and access arrangement - got locked out once when went to walk dog Sunday morning. The staff noticed quickly and let me in.

Friendly staff, with a big room and comfy bed on the top floor with a huge balcony overlooking the town of Winterthur. All went well there.

The location is superb however it might be slightly noisy in the evenings. The room was well equipped and I got a balcony, which I requested, so I could enjoy the view to inner yard and night sky. The staff was helpful, very nice breakfast lady. There is cinema below though I have not used it, had no time for. Nice restaurants are just the same street as hotel. The train station is only 10 min walk, very easy! Overall my stay was pleasurable and I certainly would like to come back to Winterthur.

I found pillows were a bit hard and high, thus not as comfortable as I’d like but this is rather personal opinion. Breakfast was decent, if you are looking for continental version. If you want a bit more, it might be worth to explore nearby cafes which there are plenty as the location is very central.

Very friendly staff, really good looking old building, and a very comfortable room. The location within Winterthur Altstadt (old city) is perfect.

The cleanliness was perfect, and the room was warm and comfortable. The staff was very friendly, and the view was beautiful. I would love to come back again!

Great location and friendly staff

The breakfast I thought was a little underwhelming. The only egg option was soft boiling an egg yourself. Also, the toilet was not cleaned well and when I brought this to the attention of the desk person on checkout, with photos, she claimed it is because the building is so old. These were not rust stains as I was able to clean quite a bit off myself by simply using the scrubber. The desk person should have taken the comment with photos more seriously. The rest of the staff was excellent.

The staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions for dinner. The hotel is located in a car-free area which added to the ambiance.

There is no parking on site but the apps for parking areas in the city largely said the garages were closed on Sundays. It's not the fault of the hotel but something to be aware of because luggage has to be walked for at least a couple of city blocks.

There is a cinema inside of the hotel, with much of choice. The personal were very kind! The place is quite, even it was friday night.It s not far from the train station (10 mins of walk), and near the center. If I come back to Winterthur I will choose again!

Older accommodations but very clean. There was a beautiful bar and a nice outdoor sitting area all along the street. The outstanding feature was a movie theatre inside the motel with free entry if you stayed there.

No AC and very hot. We couldn't leave the windows open due to the noise. It sounded like people were partying all night long.

Very friendly and supportive staff, both at reception desk and at breakfast. Convenient location in the center of Winterthur: many points of interest within walking distance. Decent choice for breakfast. Very good value for money. Many places to eat nearby. There is a small movie theater in the same building (with shared reception desk), but we did not have any problems with noise.

We had a room on the top floor under the roof, which could get rather warm in summer.

Ideal location right in the city center, but with windows to the garden and beautiful view our room was very quiet. Staff at the reception super friendly and helpful, they arranged our late arrival and advised about parking and dogs etc.

No official parking at the hotel entrance, we somehow stopped by to unload the car, not sure it was appropriate. Room was a bit tight but clean and comfortable.
