Stinky rooms

Very poor

A noise was coming the whole night from somewhere, probably the roof.I went for a meeting in the city. Though it would be better to sleep good before it and not to have to travel early morning. At the end, I didn’t manage to sleep more than two hours the night before.

TERRIBLR. Do not aste your money there.

was just short stay for one night, all okayvery convinient, that I could leave my car the following day until the evening

Room was clean and comfortable Bar service until midnight - we were told to go to bed as talking could annoy people in nearby roomsStaff were helpful enough and good to find from Zurich road

Had to pay for parking Breakfast was a bit expensive, so we didnt have it Nearby McDonalds was closed for refurb but not a fault of the hotel - just no cheaper breakfast option

I want to thank RAJ, during his night shift has been pro active, professional and kind. Meeting him changed for the better our experience the Ibis W.

the staff were great, the breakfast from 4am was awesome and the room was surprisingly ok

sadly the windows didn't open all the way (I guess for security reasons), the bathroom stank of mold, both the bathroom and the room ventilation didn't work (I guess I just got a room that had issues with these 2 systems).

Very good comfortable room. Nearby Tram line to take you downtown.

Walking distance to the downtown and train station was 10-12 minutes.

The staff at check in was wonderful. The bed is comfortable. The location is nice with a couple of good places to eat around and safe parking.

The air conditioning in the room was too loud, and the slamming of the fire doors closing in the next rooms woke us up multiple times during the night, as the whole wall shakes with the slam!

Location is perfect.

our Room,s door had little space underneath and because of that light came from outside which is actually very uncomfortable.room temperature was just like ok.

The property offered what you expect from IBIS. The hotel was clean and staff was helpful. The location is also convenient. There is a bus stop near the hotel. The breakfast was also good. Over all it is a good value for money option.

We stayed in June and it was a bit hot in the room. The AC does not seem to work even if you turn the temperature to the minimum.

Breakfast is good, staff are friendly. Room & bathroom are quite spacious. McDonalds and gas station with a supermarket are right in front of the hotel.

Windows are locked, couldn't open it for the fresh air :( No teapot in the room. And in general nothing in the room except furniture. Quite loud location. And not so close to the train station as i expected.

Parking availability and breakfast

Rooms smelled, there were visible black molds everywhere. Cleaning was poor. Beds were paper thin, 3rd bed was absolutely horrible.
