Comfy single beds

Bit ‘rough round the edges’ very noisy outside with a loud church clock ringing early. The room was very basic nothing special and the corridors are smelly and dark. A kettle, a clean fridge that works, some nice side lighting and a bed head rest would have been nice..

The room is cozy and okiesh

The bathroom needs to be cleaned, the availability of toiletries is limited, and also if the floor mat in bathroom it would be useful, when done after the shower,

Arrived at 8pm - switch to the Lift was ripped out and the cables was hanging out. After I while I found the stairs - unfortunately nobody was at the reception - also nobody picked up the phone. I left and requested a refund - unfortunately without any success. I can't recommend booking this Hotel.

Mustafah in the bar was great

Couldn’t pay the bill in the morning as nobody was on reception. Nobody bothered to be there for the breakfast that was included.

Extremely dirty fridge, dirty window, dusty bedframe, dirty walls

The bedclothes were clean and the staff was nice. The breakfast was ok, but some part was strange: one day we got frozen eggs (previously it was boiled) and we got very small pieces cut out from cakes that made us think we are eating leftover food.

All the equipment in the room was very bad quality. The power plug was broken that is dangerous. The holder of the shower was also broken. The carpet, the curtains and the walls were dirty.

It was affordable and close to groceries and public transportation

They have charged us with dual payment. Im still asking for a refund til now

No hv ac in room.. it was so hot full night.. bed was so old . No hv any service in room .water / tea / shampoo/ fridge also hv problem. It was very bad

The room was O.K.

There was no personal in the hotel. Some guy came at 8:15 to reception, but did not speak any single word german or english.

The property itself was fine, but you could tell there was no refreshing done in a long time. Lots of stains on the carpets. Overall it was warm and the bed was comfortable.

It was close to the wedding venue

The staff accessed the room while I was in the bathroom. They knocked on the door and when I didn’t answer two men came inside to question if there was someone else staying. When I shared this was confirmed during check in they didn’t seem satisfied. The two men then tried to come back again to question me and say they needed to take the sheets and pillows

The staff was good

In the description of the hotel it was written that there is breakfast, but in fact no one offered it to us.The rooms were very dirty and smelled like dirt.We had a hard time finding the parking lot, and nowhere does it say that we have to go up to the roof of the parking lot.

The reception was closed and we weren't able to check in ....they never ever answered the phone also ...I had to book another hotel..worst experience!!

Room hasn't AC. Windows curtin not good. Carper condition poor.

Good price in the region. Kind personal, especially young man, who made a breakfast. We arrived just a few minutes after check-in, fortunately, the bar was open and the waiter was also a receptionist.

No response to question over booking. Not answering phone. We had tight schedule, so we would like to know if we can arrive later after official times for check-in. Some stuff in the bathroom is broken, but usable. Hairdryer is hard connected to the wall, but the power cord was freely hanging without any possibility to connect. There were also only two power sockets, that fits standard EU power cord.

The staff was very kind and has handled the late arrival with maximum flexibility.The breakfast was served with a never met politeness. Congratulation for it!Once discovered that the reception is on the 1st floor of the complex, the accessibility was easy.Quite big and confortable bouble bed.

the facility was clean, the beds were comfortable, the shower worked but the hotel had seen much better days.

Dreadful

Staff almost non-existent, noisy and barely clean. Of the 3 days, 2 nights I spent there, music was blasting most of the time.
