My Home Hotel - Free Parking , AC

clean, quiet and free parking

Nice apartment, close to our route. It a silent room, with no interference with traffic outside. Sehr gut.

It was at the good location. Easy parking option e out bin properly. The staff were excellent. Breakfast was good.

Not really

Requested to change the room because of paint smell, and I got another one.

I got a room which was newly painted and the smell of paint was horrible. During check in, I have shouldn't got the room and I was supposed to be notified.

Close to the highway and easy access.

The rooms are dated, there was a dusty smell on the rooms as if it hadn’t been aired for a while. The general facilities are not necessarily dirty, but the space doesn’t feel clean either.

Throughout our stay we did not see the reception staff . We had to do self check in and the service was very poor . The lift was too tiny and housekeeping was bad

Lack of personal service

It was a lovely one-day sibling reunion. I had requested a cot, but unfortunately, it wasn’t available. Aside from that, the place was very clean, and the continental breakfast was excellent.

nothing really that I didn't like about this place. Due to the low season, it was nice and quiet and plenty of free parking space, even though it's a small parking area.

Extremely spacious room with lots of storage space. Coffee maker and fridge in the room. Also spacious bathroom with shower. Spacious but full parking lot. But the receptionist helped with a parking space.

Pillows could have been a lot better for our liking…only a small gripe.

Hotel is really nice, clean, spacious and modern rooms. Beds super comfy, staff helpful. A/C is a must for me and cleanliness. Free parking, breaksfast not included.

The room was a good size, bed was very comfortable and big. The room was clean and quiet. There is free parking. The staff was nice.

The bathroom was very outdated, mold in the shower, broken sink, broken toilet seat.

The sink in the bathroom was very dirty. The bed was uncomfortable. The noise was very disturbing.

I asked for parking. I received a message, on booking, with stater parking spot will be reserved for me. I arrived at the hotel and non parking was available. At the desk they said to me" we cannot do anything if parking is full".I understand this, but why say parking spot will be reserved for me?

Bad

I stayed at this hotel with my family from the 12th August to the 17th and had a truly awful experience. From the beginning, the man at reception spoke to us rudely whenever we had questions. When I went to my room, I was very disappointed to see that what I received was nowhere near worth the price I paid.Later, I called the reception to explain that the air conditioning wasn’t working properly. The man who answered made racist remarks to me, saying things like, “This is Switzerland, not Saudi Arabia or Africa.” He then hung up the phone on me. When I went downstairs to sort it out in person, he continued to speak to me in a disrespectful and disgusting manner.The service, the attitude, and the lack of professionalism were shocking. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Handy quiet clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful. Would happily stay here again

Good size rooms Clean

No customer service after 11pm Had a power cut at 1am called customer service they said nothin can be done till the morning. So had no lights. No tv no ac no shower facilities till the check out time. And nothing was done about the inconvenience caused

It was excellent view and very good location. Very clean and homely stay.Staff was very helpful.

Price little expensive

It very clean especially bathroom, comfortable place to stay. Staff are friendly. Quiet place.

Nothing much, price was not cheap, but we done it in last miniute for 8 people.

Good place to stay for short stays with family and friends.

parking was conjusted, but we found one in their parking lot. also the key to get in once you are late arrival, you need to check properly. be mindful of these both.
