Grand Hotel Bregenz - MGallery Collection

Our stay at the hotel was amazing. We were with a 2-year-old, and the hotel was perfect for families. The hotel's location is close to the Opera and a 10-minute walk from the old town, and 2 minutes from the main train station.The staff was amazing and very helpful. The breakfast food was also very good. We will surely come again.

Great location, excellent facilities. Next door to casino. Nice to have a stocked mini bar. Staff very chill. Early checkin for both rooms.

Shower head holder was broken in one room - very frustrating. Bed in other room was higher in the middle and sloped down to the sides - kept ending up at the edge of the bed.

The thing that stood out for us at this hotel was the staff. They were very kind and cheerful. It was a special anniversary for us and they gave us an upgrade and a bottle of wine to help us celebrate. The whole experience was fantastic. It was beautiful right on the lake. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location was fantastic! The hotel restaurant was closed on the day we were there (Monday) but that was not a problem. We had planned to eat at Wirtshaus am See anyways and it did not disappoint! There was a super low key beach bar we had a few drinks at while our two boys played soccer. There is also a playground for smaller children, a putt putt course, paddleboat rental, etc…In the morning, the bike/pedestrian trail was perfect for a nice run (I knocked out a 10k and the trails just keep going and going). Breakfast was splendid. There were a ton of options; cheeses, leberkäse, breads, yogurts, juices, etc.. absolutely delicious! All four of us were happy!

Request for quiet room ignored. We arrivedl later than we wanted it was dark.we were only in the room for a few minutes before going to the festspielhaus and so we did not notice that we were next a noisy casino carpark and a busy railway. The other side of the corridor was the.Lake Bodensee 150metres away. So we should been allocated a lakeside room. Our request was ignored.

Breakfast was excellent and lovely being so close to the waters edge and spa/gym is just perfect. Staff are mixed but on the whole good

Our heating in the room was not working. The problem was solved but it took a few calls. Indeed the heating was working but the wiring is the wrong way around and so if we had left on cold it would have worked :)

The bed was very comfortable, the spa area was very nice, the breakfast team was very friendly and attentive and the buffet had more than plenty to offer.

The checkin was a very unpleasant experience. As the booking was made through booking and not the Accor page, I was unable to move the reservation to my loyalty card which that is understandable, however the way the front desk agent went to share this information was rude and instead of explaining it to me in English while I was the one asking, she replied to my partner in German .

nice hotel at the lake side - so close to the open air opera/theatre, with a pretty lovely breakfast, so easy to go for a nice walk just outside of it.

there was theater on that night and we could hear it and really had no clue what was going on, but a quick call to the front desk and we got ear plugs and it was all good. also the parking outside was bit nuts, so busy and we did not know where we could even park and it was bit confusing. but the staff explained it to us later and we were able to park our car.

Large and quiet room. Good location nearby the lack and close to railway station/ city center. Cycling path right in front of the hotel.

Very clean and great facilities with a pool sauna and gym. Room was very large and beds comfortable.

The area is very quiet and walk across train station bridge is not ideal. Shame it does not have Any view of lake given its location.

Good location and amenities and almost everything you would ask from a 4star hotel.

We traveled by bike and when we asked to store them for us we got a key to an outdoor metal box, which doesn’t have any roof, so it wasn’t very safe (and we didn’t travel with a big bike lock).

The bedroom is amazing , bed comfy and staff lovely

The swimming pool needs cleaning. The back rim is grim and the left side on top is dusty. Funnily enough by the pool exist the top is clean but opposite is not. The view of the pool is nice, drinks and fruits bowl amazing idea and the gym great.
