Good food available at restaurant. Room service and very polite and efficient staff. Connected to Robinson's Mall allowed easy access to coffee shops and virtually any shopping needed.

Rooms were a bit small.

Traveled with my family for the Peñafrancia Festival and was glad to find a place last minute! The property had everything we needed and was very convenient. We tried to extend but they were already fully booked, which is understandable. Would have loved coffee creamer and a table for meals, but appreciated the water station in the hallway. Overall, a smooth and comfortable stay - great for families!

Location is across robinsons place on and near SM City. We arrived late night and mcdonalds’ walkable just few mins away. They serve local and other cuisines in a buffet breakfast.

Very convenient location, just beside the mall with great restaurants. Big and comfortable bed. Free water refill at the hallway.

Low water pressure. AC can't go lower than 21 degrees despite setting it lower. No blackout curtains. No ref in the room, we have to leave our insulin in the lobby for proper storage.

There is one staff member, his name is Anthony, is a jerk. I was charged $1100 pesos twice for stained sheets. They didn’t contact me after the first incident and clearly they’re gouging the customer. It doesn’t cost that much to clean stains from bed sheets! Purely accidental too. I’ll never stay there again and that was my second visit there.

The AC worked very well and the bed was very comfortable. I liked the staff, they were all kind and accommodating. They were friendly, nice, and polite in all their interactions.

There was hot water in the sink, but the shower had lukewarm water. As Canadians, we were used to hot water, not lukewarm. Also, the toilet smelled like a sewer. We didn't want to hassle the front desk, so we did not complain. Besides,we were always out in town doing real estate concerns and meeting with our families.

Very clean and staff are very helpful. Kudos to the security guard who also helped haul our luggage’s in our rooms.

The hotel is walking distance from the mall, which was good. Location is good. The room is a bit small, but the bed and bathrooms were comfortable.

The staff are hard to reach. There’s no one at the front desk, and they don’t answer calls. I called multiple times but never got a response or a callback.

Staff were good in their job, approachable, have pleasant smile.

cleanliness can be improved for an international “higher end” budget hotel. You can see that the staff didn’t sweep the floor properly as you can see hair, dust, and watermelon seeds on the floor and there was hair under the duvet.

Clean and we love the bed size.

We arrived around 2pm abd our room was ready by 4pm. Super late check in.

The location is great, right next to the mall, and a convenient parking area.

The shower in room 508 was much smaller compared to other rooms we've stayed in.

Location is excellent; It's away from the buyiness of the city yet very accessible; nice, spacious, quiet surrounding. there is a small balcony at the second floor where I can entertain visitors. Staff very accommodating including the guards.
