Borj Place

I appreciate a smaller establishment (Borj has 12 rooms) and the personal attention from friendly & attentive staff !

I had no trouble with Borj - it's entry is not for everyone however as it includes stairs

It is very near to famous landmarks in Naga City.

I don’t like the pillows and blanket. It’s not that clean but it’s fine.

A lot of establishments nearby.

I booked 4 rooms, some of the rooms although locked can still be jimmied to open. They claim to have guards “roving” empty rooms at night, it entered one of our rooms and we heard him shuffling in our things. When we complained the staff had the nerve to ask us why was the door unlocked.

It was centrally located diagonally across the bus station, so some food places were open 24 hours. The bus station also had a mall with food places, grocery store, pharmacy, department stores, phone repair and accessories. Just the next block over conveniently was SM City Naga. The room was good, no-frills and reasonably priced, which is my preference. The bathroom was provincial style where the toilet gets wet with your shower. The hot water heater was there, but not working, and they said it doesn't work. The airconditioner worked very well.

There was a hot water heater in the bathroom, and it wasn't working. I asked the staff and they said it doesn't work. It didn't sound like they were going to make it work. The listing does not show hot water heater in the bathroom, so maybe they just turn off the power to it for the price they offer. The water temperature isn't bad though after the initial dousing.There is no elevator. For this trip, I only had a carry-on size suitcase, which the staff carried for me on check-in. But if I had my bike with me, it would have been harder.

The owner was very accomodating. We booked the wrong location, we were intending to book the borj beside saint peter. The owner made arrangements to transfer our booking. Thank u po ♥️

Value for money and just across the Bus Terminal. The room is absolutely superb for its price.

Reception is not all time within reach that prevent us from having our linen change.

The location is ideal if you come from the bus station. Nothing incredible, OK for one or two nights max.

The staff is not responsive. Hard to get any advice or information.

Near every thing… All staff are nice.

Just the stairs.. When you came from long hours of driving.. Had to muster my strength to go up the stairs. ?

We like the hospitality of the staff, very accommodating with our needs and requests.The place is quiet and conducive for resting ang relaxation.

Wifi was off during evening.

Borj place is within walking distance to SM NAGA, the Central Bus Terminal and Streetfood and Market. They have hot water showers and good wifi. The staff was very hospitable. Mr Borja met us on checkin and checkout. Mrs Borja was always timely in answering my inquiries. Rooms are spacious and great for families! Thank you so much po!!

It was okay Accessible

Very high stairs. Bathroom is quite bad. Shower tiles slippery and dangerous. No glasses available in the room..still have to ask.Linen poor. For the price it's ok but could be better if they want to improve.Not so good service.Anyway , thanks!

The location is superb. The Bus Terminal and SM City Naga is walking distance only.

Everything was in place and clean. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Naga. Thank you very much.
