Guest Hotel

We stayed here for 6 nights. Room was very nice and clean. Almost complete. Sulit siya for us. Love their brewed coffee and yung heater. Malakas din water nila sa CR which is impressive.

Please note this is NOT a WFH friendly. Dead spot ang smart and globe and sobrang hina ng internet. Need to go to a coworking space pa to work. Hope they can improve the speed of their internet.

Beds are very comfortable, good value for the rooms, and for Fab cafe. Plus points for the hot shower!! Staff are very accommodating and helpful also, at any time of the day.

CR is very small in the deluxe room. Shower handles are either missing or not existing in the rooms we stayed in. Wifi and cellular signal is very very weak, please do better with the WiFi at least to be able to be contactable when in the hotel.

Neat and comfortable, very good value for the money.

The parking and wifi can use some improvements.

The room is quite spacious and basic amenities are complete. The staff are also friendly.

They can improve on including shampoo on their guest kit.

The location is good if you want to go to Naga Center and be close to the airport at the same time. There are local stores nearby. Good value for money.

Nice, responsive customer service. Late night the reception lent me a charger cable - this was a huge help. I also liked the resto right beside it, delicious tapa, and very nice ladies who serve there.

First night I was in the basement unit. Super cold A/C. No window. The bathroom parts need renovation. I saw a cockroach walk across the floor. The upstairs units are much better and bigger for the same price.

I was dissatisfied with the parking arrangement at the hotel. I had to notify the front desk before utilizing the backyard for parking, and there was a lack of security guard presence in that area.I was assigned to room 4 and I was disturbed by the noise of the voices while trying to rest.

As a frequent traveler and someone who has stayed in various hotels, I was surprised to be asked for an additional deposit upon check-in despite having already booked and paid for the room online.In my past experiences staying at hotels in Naga City and elsewhere, such a deposit requirement has not been standard practice. This unexpected request for a deposit upon arrival was not communicated to me during the booking process, and it caught me off guard.While I understand the need for hotels to have security measures in place, I believe there may have been a lack of clarity or transparency regarding this policy.

It's very clean and everyone is accomodating

The other guests are soooo very noisy at a very early time

We were given the chance to stay here during our recent trip in Naga. I must say that the place is well-maintained and the rooms are all hygienic.

Value for money, perfect stop if you are exploring Bicol. Near CWC, along the highway. Pin on gmaps is a little off, be sure to stay on the main road when looking for this place.Water is free. They have a cafe with food options. Free roadside parking also.

There is a recurring noise, probably from a machine, which is heard the loudest at room 3. It was tolerable at room 4 but it wakes us up when we were at room 3.This is the biggest downer, yet it is not really included in the room: please do not advertise your massage service. It is barely a massage. The masseuse don't even know what she's doing. It's more of an oil bath rather than a massage.

Hotel is along Maharlika High way ( Main Road) and with parking

1. Bed is not Comfortable and small2. there is a loud noise and according to the staff they have an issue with water pump .. We didn't manage to sleep over night3. Shower has no Water 4. cockroaches beside the bed

It is very cheap but unbelievably good place to stay. They have big spacious room with good quality bed and a TV. The bathroom is clean and has hot&cold shower. They accomodate us even when we arrived like midnight. I strongly recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Naga City. This is a great place to rest and stay.

The only thing I didn't like is that it has no signage whatsoever that it is OYO 601. Google directs us in the right spot but the bldg has no name in front so we missed it at first. But, it is really much better than I expected.

Spacious, along the Highway

You have to go through the restaurant, if you want to check-in 1 hour earlier - you have to pay. No consideration, no chance. Location, not where the mentioned address is.You can sit on the toilet while having a shower ... No bathroom rags so you have to walk on wet floors in the room, but you can use the provided flip flops (which other people used), no toilet paper

Value for money, staff and the 24hour canteen.

Address provided is incorrect. The hotel is 50meters away and in the dark and rain it can be confusing

Great value for money, really big family room, little cafe has good food and drliver to your room. Staff were really accommodating.. best value I had in Philippines

Internet crashed on us halfway through the night but knowing local internet I don't blame the hotel a fridge would be good

The staff was friendly. The restaurant was open 24 hrs. The food was excellent

When we walked in there was only vacancies for 12hrs @ P1250 or 24hrs @ P2500. We went to the parking lot and booked a room through bookings.com. Went back inside and wow, we got a room for P@1006. (not sure if the pricing is exact). But the bottom line is we got a room cheaper and checkout time was noon the next day. Not 12 hrs for P1250 like the staff said when we first walked in. Oh ya. The cable was very fuzzy and hard to watch

The Staff/Receptionists were not friendly nor approachable at all. They're like robots who wouldn't smile or greet the guests. If you have questions, they would answer very short, not bothering to explain and you wouldn't feel that you are welcome. They mostly aren't available in the desk even when they say 24/7. We had a hard time parking at the back because no one helped us after calling attention for a long time and they literally just opened it and left us without waiting for us to leave to close the gate. Until we left, they did not bother saying thank you.
