Its near SM Batangas city

The flush inside the washroom is not working properly and the room is a bit small for its price.

Was a last minute booking due to cancelled ferries. Staff were helpful and welcoming. Room was small but clean.

Elevator was out of order

Needed a place to stay on short notice, it was ok

The comfort room, not suited for me as a PWD. Tables and other fixtures, needs cleaning.

Was quiet and good value.

I always open everything before I leave to ensure nothing is left behind. Found a bag of takeout food in the bedside drawer. No idea how long it was there. Shower curtain was moldy.

The room was very dusty and the sheets has stains and ants. The bathroom was very nasty. The one on website doesn’t even match the actual property.The Front Desk is not very welcoming.She was frowning when I complained and not happy moving us to another room.

The room is comfy, clean, spacious. However no resto inside the hotel.

the room was dirty, lots of insects, neglected…the facilities were poor.we dont recommend the place at all.

Broken water heater

The location is okay, as it's close to the center of the city. There's enough parking space too.

1) Our room smelled like an old rug or like someone just smoked inside. Overall the smell was unpleasant when we came in.2) There were ants in the room.3) We saw some empty beer bottles in the staircase... 4) Elevator was too small... it says capacity of 5 but i think it only fits 2 5) I paid in advance but when we got there they said i have not paid yet. Had to show some proof... good thing they were able to confirm it the day after.

There's a problem on online payment transaction. No coordination withing the property and booking. It caused a delay in check in. Not properly sanitized. There are mosquitos.

No breakfast available but SM and restaurants like F.Baylosis and Jollibee were just a short ride away.Near the lobby was a small dining area with plates,fork and spoons available for use.Coffee and drinking water were also available all day.

Price paid matched expectations.

the only thing saving this hellhole is that it’s close to a mall and it’s right in the middle of the batangas.

everything clogged toilets clogged sinks faucets almost getting off the wall. a completely worn down hellhole. we changed rooms three times but overall, AVOID. i would pay again NOT to sty here.
