Good location

Considering that it's only a year old, the bathroom is already moldy aside from it being very small. Needs strict maintenance

Drinks are just tang jacked up. Food was nice this time was tapa was more like garlic beef no sweetness. Hot water randomly stopped working. Also they misplaced my laundry with not reimbursement of anything so nice

The view was nice, hot water was good, wifi was great, and had a easy way to get deliveries for things I didn't have.

One chair but two beds, one nightstand but once again two beds, shower is too titled and nonslip mat constantly slips, services are either not available or non existent in the way described. Food was alright but way too pricey for the quality. Their laundry service messed up and misplaced by clothes and gave me someone else's... all shine with not enough substance. Likely understaffed. Also nice TV but literally no channels. Too many to list. Maybe give this place a few more years to improve.

breakfast was free. the pool was clean. staff were nice and pleasant. the water in the bathroom was strong. ac was working great.

no where to go near the property. no attraction close by. sm batangas was 20-30 minutes away.

The hotel staff are friendly, nice size rooms with comfortable and clean beds, superb buffet breakfast. Affordable but elegant hotel! I will surely recommend to friends and family.

This hotel has very good staff, clean facilities including an inviting pool area, the breakfast selection was very nice. The room itself was spacious and linen was clean. Overall a great experience, would definitely rebook and recommend!

We enjoyed the swimming pool.

The aircon is not cold enough.During breakfast there were only a few people in the restaurant, so It's not busy that time. We were eating breakfast and so we asked 2 of the staff to give us our free orange juice. They neglected us!!!

Me and the kids had a great and comfy stay. ? they really love the bath tub and the breakfast buffet. ? comfortable beds and good linens. All in all a good stay!

I liked the room in general. The furnishings were nice and the bed. The restaurant and pool were nice too. But there was a fly in the restaurant.

It seemed that there were works being done in the hotel so we were hearing some noises from our room. Also, there were outlets near the TV that were there but not functioning at all. The automatic door closer could have been planned better because it hits the cabinet when door is opened. The bathroom did not have a shower curtain and lacks lighting having only 1 light inside. One of the elevators looked dusty from construction when we used it. Our room door had a mark on it that looked like paint mark or dust from construction. I understand that the hotel just opened late last year but then it should be ready if it is already open to the public. And also, I hope that there will be an option for credit card payment soon.

Was a soft opening and actually we were the first guests. Only complaint was the gym wasn't ready ... but this is expected on a soft launch.

Beds were comfortable. This hotel is brand new so everything looks modern and clean. Lobby was spacious.

The bathrooms are poorly designed. The door swings inward and would hit someone if they are using the toilet. There were no shower curtains or door and the toilet paper is by the shower side. So it gets wet when someone is showering. The water pressure of the bidet was too much and hurts to use. Since they are newly opened, they only take cash so be prepared. Even if you booked online with your credit card, they will ask you to pay cash onsite. Your card will not be charged.

The rooms are spacious. The pools are nice.

The restaurant service needs improvement. The wait time for the food to arrive took hours.

The property was brand new. There were a few niggles but to be expected as in soft opening. Staff were helpful. Everything was good.

The service rendered to us was the highlight of our stay.Everyone was in their best smile,welcomed us and made us feel at home.Front desk staff JOSHUA and PRINCESS JANNA was kind and helpful that they arranged a taxi for us. They're both attentive to our needs so thank you guys! Lei and Kem was courteous,room attendants and the security guard (Ronald) also helpful. We spent a lovely morning walk by the pool followed by a sumptuous breakfast served by Sophia and Glai. This two girls ensured that we enjoyed the food which we did! Kudos to the chef.It would be better if it's buffet style in the future.Overall, the way your staff treat their guests is the foremost reason we will be coming back.Thank you once again and I look forward to spending time at your five-star service hotel!

This isn’t our first time staying at a Sotogrande hotel, the room was cozy and similar to the one we stayed in Baguio, so it felt familiar. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist, which made our stay really pleasant. If you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing staycation, the peaceful surroundings make this a great option.

Since this hotel is still new, not all the facilities are complete yet. They’re only offering plated breakfasts instead of a buffet, which might disappoint some guests. Also, the location feels a bit isolated—there aren’t any nearby malls, shops, or restaurants, so you’re pretty much confined to the hotel unless you drive out. These are minor things for us, but worth mentioning.
