The property is clean and in order. The reception staffs (@Ally, Shaina, Joyce, Joyce B., Krisha, are helpful, very accommodating, kind, and cheerful.

Not so much facilities. No store to buy amenities, no near restaurants, mabato ang beach

The room was very well finished and very well appointed. Room was large and bed comfortable. All the items and appliance in the room were functioning well. The pool was clean and the garden is beautiful. Landscaping and view from the property are lovely. Staff are all courteous and helpful.

Has beach access but the waves were strong due to the season. Not the property's fault though. The old and defunct resorts beside the property can probably be blocked from property view as they are an eyesore.

Great aesthetic. The Garden Suite was spacious and clean. Staff were very accommodating--they even lent me an adapter for my laptop because I forgot mine.

The beach was not swim-friendly because of all the rocks, but we were still able to because we had aqua shoes. Plus, the pools more than make up for this.

Location is a little bit far. Breakfast just good enough to be included to room rate but pricey, not so yummy.

We are expecting to stay near the beach and enjoy the smell and fresh but the beachfront is rocky, you can't walk barefooted. Besides the beachfront of the resort is narrow.

We had an amazing time at this resort! Staff are welcoming, knowledgeable and attentive to every need. The room was spacious, clean and nicely designed. Nice pool area and the beach is good for snorkeling and free diving. We will definitely go back!

Our room was big and clean. The staff were nice and the food was great besides sisig (sisig was awful).

It wasn’t ideal to swim in the beach.

Breakfast was good. Overall lunch and dinner menus were to our satisfaction. Kudos to the Chef. The restaurant staff were attentive and courteous but there’s one particular employee who doesn’t know how to deal with guests politely / well mannered.

The property’s description in the booking.com app was beachfront. We didn’t expect it to be ?

Swimming pool area very nice with pool for kiddies also. Grassed are is nice too. Restaurant is nice, good menu with many available options. Staff helpful & friendly, especially the restaurant staff. Bedrooms are nice & clean. Our room was very big & well laid out. Completed a dive course their with Robin, excellent instructor.

Waterfront area where the rocks are dumped needs to be tidied up. It really let's down the rest of the hotel. Person sitting inside of their car with it idling outside our room waiting to check in from 6am to 12pm on our last day, pretty annoying listening to a car running for 6 hours. Could do with a few more activities for children on the water. The guys selling along the beach are a bit annoying, bothering us on hotel grounds even after we purchased some items, to purchase more.

I love the location, the food, and our room view. The staff very friendly and helpful.

The pillows and bed comforters are not hypoallergenic, I couldn’t sleep well and had a bad allergy attack

It’s the nearest perfect resort in Mabini. I like the location bcoz i dont have to drive all the way up . It’s a new resort and i love the space. It’s refreshing. The wind is just passing thru the whole resort and i just love it. Pool is always clean. The staff are all efficient and noce. The GM is there roaming around the property always assisting if ever he is needed he is there. Highly recommended .

The property was beautifully presented and located right on the seaside. However, it was a bit of a distance away from any bars or clubs. The activities at the resort were limited but it would a wonderful place to relax with your partner.

Staff is friendly. Coral reefs right in the ocean next to the property that you can easily snorkel to are amazing. Pools are well maintained, and the property is very comfortable. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay there. Also, unlike what many other comments seem to reference, there are restaurants nearby, particularly in orther resorts, like Saltitude and so forth that you can walk to easily by just turning left as exiting the property. Prices are better there and the foor is quite good. Indeed, the restaurant in Amor Laut is towards the expensive side, usually we spent between 800p and 1200p for two, even being conservative with what we order. However, after a few days getting to know the place, we found no shortage of alternatives, and wound up having breakfast (included) and dinner there, while lunch in anywhere we could walk to.Breakfast is quite good, but should be included in the reservation as prices for it are not. The only weird thing in breakfast are the continental, american, and english options consting upwards of 600p, although we had breakfast included so they werent charged. They should go with bread, yet come with a single piece of sliced bread. On asking for more bread the answer was "Additional bread will be charged". Specifically, 117p for two pieces of sliced bread. We did not usually order additional bread and were left with our single slice. It was funny, after a while, although not exactly a great policy to be stingy on bread.Rooms are cleaned well, although you have to request the cleaning. Refilable water bottles are not refilled in the cleaning, you should request that also.

Within a great experience and enjoyable stay, there are a number of factors that are somewhat confounding, although I want to highlight that they do not detract from the broad quality of Amor Laut.First was the rates advertised for snorkles and shoes so head out to the ocean (you should really wear at least the shoes to swim there because of the rocks and all ocean life etc.). It's 250p for shoes, plus 250p for snorkle, plus tax and service charge (17%). For me and my partner that would be 1170 pesos per hour. Upon inquiry, since we were "long term guests" they changed this to a daily charge, which then seems much more reasonable. This made the entire difference, as our goings to the ocean were really amongst the most enjoyable parts of the stay. It is absolutely beautiful, and it is really weird pricing for what is one of the best aspects of the property. I'd just guess it is good to complain about it or bring your own, but it is really something you shouldn't miss. Also, it'd be great if they had someone to accompany you on shore for really inexperienced people as was our case that didn't want to go deep into diving and all that.Then there is the everything about the restaurant. The food is very good. However, the non-inclusion of tax is weird. Most properties around Amor Laut include tax and service charge in the pricing. It's a weird decision. We wound up spending much less money that would have otherwise just because it was never crystal how much stuff would cost given you had to always add 17% and we weren't going around with a calculator. Then, it seems whoever was designing the menu had a stroke midway. Items are repeated often. Their most expensive appetizer appears twice. Calamari appear both as a apetizer and a main course in seafood selections. Filipino pasta is both a main couse and a childrens meal. Several items were out of stock.
