Nice pool.

Bad food/selection. Poorly trained staff - loud talking and loud radios. Toilet had poop in it. Bath towels only unless you ask for hand towels. They're worried about guests stealing towels, I assume. Clogged shower heads. Old structure. Not maintained.

Not so courteous staff. Rooms are dirty. Towels are old and dilapidated. No wash cloth. Shower needs a l to of cleaning with some molds on the water fixtures.complimentary coffee is available but heating pot is dirty. Room is full of mosquitos

The only Internet connections they have is in the lobby, other than that the place is perfect.

The pool area and beach were nice.

Rooms in need of serious updating. Had a musty smell as soon as you walked in the room. Bathroom full of mold and missing caulking around tube and shower. Water pressure very low. No WiFi in room. Had to trek down to the lobby for mediocre WiFi at best.

The rooms were spacious and the beach was clean. They even had fire performers during the night.

The beach towels were unavailable at that time. Also, the outdoor night food available were very limited. Check in process could be more efficient.

Infested with ants in the room. Shower has mold. Ceiling is leaking. LL/Kitchen area smells like old oil.

Great pool and very near the beach. Fun fire show at night. View of the water and the beach was wonderful.

The place is old and needs some renovations. The bathroom had an odd odor to it. No room service and the food wasn’t too great. Also, they did not allow food from the outside to be delivered to the rooms. Instant coffee and powdered orange juice in the morning. Also, they offer day passes to the general public so the place was crowded with non hotel guests the whole time. Lost my room key ( a piece of plastic) and was fined 500 pesos. Only one towel per guest at the pool/beach. The place does have a lot of potential but some investments need to be made to fix it up. Staff were great.

Staff were fantastic very nice accommodating and very pleasant. The beach was phenomenal gorgeous the pool was superior.

Pretty far from other amenities, like restaurants and nightlife, the town, etc. it was expensive. The buffet was sometimes good sometimes not good and they didn’t come and clean the rooms unless you ask them to lots of hills as well on the walk leaving the property very tiring, and they had strict policies that you cannot bring food in, and you cannot order any room You cannot order any room service because there was nothing and not that much food to get not that many selection and the worst thing you’ve things were closed at 9 o’clock

Great for family, I enjoyed the pool and the beach area, food was delicious except for breakfast, the food selection was not that great but all the staffs were respectful and helpful.

I don’t like the room, it was outdated, a lot of insects and mosquitoes especially inside the bathroom. The room smells stale and old.

We love canyon cove ever since. It was my moms 1st time staying here from California so she enjoyed it and even extend 1 more night.

The resort staff is very kind and helpful. The resort is also well maintained, and the staff's effort to make sure we are Comfortable is apparent.

Check-in took longer because there was a long line for check-out.

Best ChamporadoRoom is spacious with 3 beds!

Pillows do not smell good!The door knob on the rest room is not fix, and wooden cabinets and doors are too old.
