Club Punta Fuego

The nice view and the good location.

The bathroom was to small, and need renovation.

The room was a good size for the price, loved the bathroom. Loved the pizza and Mongolian buffet. Especially enjoyed mini golf (although a bit overrun) and 9 hole golf amenities!

Some areas and amenities need an upgrade such as the mini golf, shuttle, and beach restaurant.

Beachfront, complete facilities

The towels look dirty, the aircon not cooling so well, the sun shines so bright through the bathroom, the toilet seat has discoloration

Exclusive place, near the sea. The room has a sea view which is very relaxing especially in the morning.

Need to improve the reception in the beach area. During our visit, there are few guests maybe that is why the reception in the beach do not have a staff.

Gorgeous location, most of the staff were super friendly

Below our balcony was a small beach and debris from the sea accumulated on the beach and was not a good look. I asked about it and was told they have certain days they clean it. During our 4 nights there it wasn't cleaned up. Upon arrival our tv didn't work right and a technician finally came after several requests and at first was told there couldn't be anything done. We told him that was unacceptable and he managed to do a go-around the problem and guess what, it was fixed! Housekeeping was inconsistent, there were 3 of us there and they sometimes forgot to replenish coffee packets and appropriate number of towels. I was going to try snorkeling or kayaking but the equipment looked run down.

Staff were fantastic. Ronaldo at the bar looked after us so well, he made the best cocktails. Erik and the great staff at breakfast were fantastic too. Good variety for breakfast (catered to western palates, not all Filipino food). The grounds are a bit dated but looked after well. We had a renovated room with a balcony and seaview- it was perfect. Shuttle bus to the beach was easy to use and we didn't wait at all. Would not hesitate to return, we had a lovely few days of relaxing!

Beach towels could have been left in the room, instead of having to find them (the lifeguard had them!)

Clean. Staff is accommodating. This is now our go to beach place. Punta Fuego has kept their glamour through the years.

Nice infinity pool and beautiful landscape. Good value for money . Spatious rooms with balcony. Nice food selections by the pool and they don't charge an arm and a leg for it !

I wouldn't say didn't like but the food menu could have more variety. I did love the coconut taro leaves and the fish symphony.Stay away from the steak but that's pretty much the case on 90% of the places I've tried to eat a steak in Philippines .

The exclusivity.The excellent service of the staff. Convenient and comfortable facilities.

It was our 4th visit at Punta Fuego, we keep coming back for many reasons. The place is definitely something you'd keep back to (the beach and the pool), the rooms are comfortable and spacious, the staff service is top notch, the food is a great value for money. Before this visit, we were are Punta Fuego prior to pandemic (5 yrs ago) and the place barely changed which means it was kept well maintained. We will be back (again) for sure!

I wish the Il Jardineto resto/bar opens early like 8 or 9am, and hope they serve more snack choices like nachos, fries, tacos, potato wedges, etc and cocktail drinks, too. :)

I like the Steak and Salmon in the menu, but not much the veggies and the mashed potato included in it. A regular mash potato will do. Not the one with herb. Steamed broccoli will do as side dish.

Love the resort! The staffs are very friendly and accomodating. They great you everytime they sees you. It was our first time but they upgraded our rooms to the renovated 3 bedroom oceanview. We love everything in Punta Fuego!?

Very Nice, Staff’s are friendly, Clean Facilities, Value for Money

The whole property is clean and relaxing. There are 3 big pools (2 infinity). Our room is facing the beautiful sunset. Food is amazing!!! All staff are professional, helpful and respectful.

The location - it was a 4-hour drive from manila.
