The staff are nice

The room lighting is so dim, the room overall needs improvement.

Outdated appliances like A/C, TV. No fridge, hot shower, ventilation.

The staffs are very welcoming. The hotel room is very clean and includes basic amenities and supplies

There is a guard in the parking lot.

No water pressure. No cabinets. Lack of electrical outlets.

As pictures shown, clean and tidy, Terrace chairs , trees and flowers , cozy place . 2 minutes walk to SM Lipa grand terminal, great location. Highly recommend Zillion.Meanwhile, payment policy and process is complicated and contradictory which irritate customers, Zillion should talk with Booking.com to improve it for seamless payment process

I left my pants in the drawer of the hotel. I tried emailing the hotel several times, but they did not respond.

Nice location and good ambience! Most specially you feel safe when your are at the venue.

Nothing but i want to suggest to put someone at the entrance/gate if you want to ask something specially if your not familiar or first time in that place.

We love the whole place overall. The room we booked is for 5 people, we have two bunk beds and an extra. It was comfortable, the sheets amd towels smells nice, clean room and bathroom. The surroundings is family friendly, the kids love their small playground and trampoline.

No elevator.

Location is good, walking distance from SM. Ambiance is good. Friendly and accommodating staff as well as the guard. Clean surroundings. The place and location is safe. Even walking at night from SM to hotel feels safe.

Very little, except that it was close to the SM Mall

The shower was in the toilet, they charge for creamer with the “free” coffee, their expectation that guests are not to enjoy alcohol in their rooms is not only absurd, but should be expressed in the property’s description. Also, there is no game room as described.

It was near SM and the startoll exit.

There were so many ants in the room.

Location, cost and concern of the staff. Kapeng barako.is a plus.

Rooms are not sound-proof. The noise of other guests can be loudly heard in the.room.

Location. Situated right beside SM City Lipa and the bus terminal. Also, just a few walks away from Shatra’s Lomi House.

No cable tv lol but other than that, it was a pretty great deal.

Clean room, nice Japanese bidet, pero sana may regular bidet pa din for those who aren't comfortable with the Japanese one like my partner. I have 3 main concerns:1. Sobrang hina ng aircon. 2. Walang elevator. I requested a 2nd floor room hoping na may view. Pero wala. So di worth it yung pag akyat-baba pag need mag-pickup ng delivery or mag-smoke.3. Speaking of smoking, ang layo ng designated area.But overall, for the price, and the location (adjacent to SM Lipa terminal) it's a great deal na. But hoping na mabago yung mga concerns ko. I'll give it a year siguro and I'll try to book again.

The facility is kept very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast that was served each morning. It was very close to a mall. They serve great coffee at the hotel.

There are not many amenities. Every time we used our iron to press our clothes, it would blow a fuse and the lights would go out. We brought a dog with us. We were told there would be a one-time fee. They attempted to charge a daily fee at checkout. #resolved
