Easy to get too, plenty of decent restaurants in the area within walking distance.

They seemed a bit cheap. For example, they wanted to charge $2 per day for a third pillow on a king size bed. Also, hotel restaurant wait staff was not very attentive even though there were a ton of employees.

Went to the beach but no umbrellas or any kind of shade.Times for the restaurants and bars were inconvenient. Staff had a hard time with western breakfast. Never restocked the mini bar in the room. Had to buy items outside that weren't restocked.

I'd like the best about this hotel is the cleanliness & so friendly staff. The swimming pool on the 6th floor is fab & really relaxing. I tried the food on my 1st day but didn't like it & the bed is hard but overall the hotel deserved the 4stars.

What I ddnt like that they accused me of drinking a water and using a toothbrush that is not complementary but I really swear I never used anything that I know it’s for free .., I just wanna say make sure u check or take a pic of everything specially the trash so you have proof if anything ..,, overall the place is nice and the location front beach is amazing ..,

The staff were nice and somewhat friendly. When my door stopped working or not locking, they were able to send someone right away and had it fixed. The Air conditioning worked just fine.

I was disappointed with the property. It was dark, dingy and the room needed better cleaning. The elevator was too small and very hot. The numbers to press were hard to find when the sun hits the numbers on the elevator floor. I did not like the fact that there is a time to access the beach and a time to access the swimming pool on the top floor. For a hotel to be somewhat new, this property is not being maintained very well. Very disappointing.

Staff definitely need a lot of training , firstly no one charges same price of a whiskey bottle for corkage. I got macallan for 9 k and they are asking same price for corkage. And they have added so many additional bills which we didn’t even consume. Good thing, they waived all of it after we spoke to the receptionist but I didn’t like the staff knowledge and they are very incompetent. I would prefer mangrove

The design and architecture was beautiful, though it is clear that upkeep is a struggle. The bedding was soft and comfortable but there was an obvious hole in one of the blankets. Great proximity to some beachside attractions. A discount is provided if you pay in cash.

I didn't like that the rooms are struggling with mold. They room has no power (including air conditioning) unless a guest places their key card in a slot on the wall, so between guests the room is festering with heat and moisture. You can smell the mold in the jacuzzi suite as soon as you walk in to the room. The free internet was completely useless. I ended up using my personal hot spot to watch a movie. I ordered room service for dinner and breakfast and was disappointed that both times the food was clearly made in advance and kept warm for hours. The Alfredo sauce had a dried film on top and the pancakes for breakfast were not fresh. The blended coffee drink was delightful since it was made fresh! The pools were clean although I think some mens underwear was floating in the rooftop pool when I visited! Overall I do not think this room was worth the high cost. Great design but the execution is not set to high standards.

Despite their poor morals, this is still by far the nicest property in Olongapo!The rooms with bath tub are the best and very unique for its kind with a window between the bathroom and bedroom. Rooms are also clean, especially for being the Philippines.Kind personell, nice with two restaurants and infinity pool. Perfect placement along the beach, with nice sunsets.

They over booked three of our four rooms that we had booked and pay for in full, three months in advance. So one week before our trip, they canceled the three rooms, without any compensation and didn’t even want to help when we reached out to them directly and explained that we have a wedding with guests coming from the other side of the globe.They keep track of their bookings via Excel, which says it all… So don’t trust that you have a room, although you pay for it in full and book in advance.But don’t expect organization when it comes to the Filipino culture.Either way, poor morals of their leadership.

Love everything about Central Park Reef Resort! All the staff are super friendly and helpful.. The hotel is well maintained, really clean. Food is delicious!

Breakfast was not free. I booked 24 people for 6 deluxe rooms but breakfast was not included. I spend $10, 000 for the breakfast of our group. The pool at the ground floor is the highlight of the facility and it’s closed for maintenance when we came. I was not informed ahead of time. Very disappointing. I will glad if I will be compensated on what I paid for. Can management refund back some of our money for consideration? I will be glad.

Location was good and the rooms were excellent. And the rooftop restaurant was always good. Our bathrooms were particularly good.

Downstairs pool was out of use which was unfortunate but the rooftop one was nice.
