Fantanstic and friendly check in. Room nice and large with a comfortable bed. Pool was large and amazing. Friends and I checked out the restaurant in the evening for Steak Night. Had a Filet Mignon cooked to perfection. Great Band! Will stay again.

I wish I could find fault with something, but it was a perfect stay! Thank you to all the wonderful staff.

Be prepared to pay extra for complimentary items such as pillows, soap , shampoo , extra bed and extra sheets. Also a lot of mosquitoes that will feast on you blood. Extra pay for guests more than two.

It’s quiet and away from the crowd.

The rooms are old and the water is slow, you can see molds in the bathrooms.

Horrible don’t stay there.

In complete ruins. Desolate. No people. Terrible service. Except for the front desk. Left early because it was horrible.

Great pool and on the beach both!Managed by people that care. Great facilities. Clean. The staff is always greeting you with a smile.

There are some policies I don’t like (about outside food,) for example. But I can understand why they are there. It’s a larger place so you have some corporate BS involved.It’s an older property but they have done a good job bringing it back up to standards.

Food was excellent, staff was very friendly and went out of their way to ensure an excellent stay

The elevator needs to be fixed. As an older statesman with very bad knees going up and down the stairs was not helping my knees.

The water supply when were checked in at the last day sort of not good just hot water but it got fixed immediately so far?

The wood work art. The location. It smells great! The food. Very clean. Wonderful friendly staff.

Bed and in room entertainment. Low def TV no streaming service.

They have a big pool and restaurant that’s open late.

Restaurant food is expensive :)The rooms that are on booking.com are the ones that are not kept well. The bathroom in my room have mold in the shower and have baby roaches ;(They do have a beachfront rooms that are on a higher price range.

Good location, hotel rooms are spacious. We were a big group for a bday celebration so we booked 9 rooms. Beachfront rms are great, we booked the last 5. A family suite by the pool, perfect for our family with little ones, a superior suite which is a large room & 2 deluxe twins that were located at the main building. Staff are very helpful & friendly. They set up tables for our big group at the beachfront for dinner & breakfast. The evening ambiance at the beach was nice and the sunset was also beautiful. There were also fun activities at the beach like banana boat, jet ski, etc. We had a great time. ?

Totally run down place and poorly maintained structure. Rooms were clean but structure is falling apart. Blackish moldy toilet wall and shower tiles have filthy. Not a great value for the money. A bit pricey rooms and the food were expensive for small portion. Place is close to beach area (public) surrounded by black dirt, plastic and all kinds of trash.

They upgrade our room from deluxe to Front beach room without any additional charges. We enjoy our stay in wild orchid. Super B. Staffs and even Guards are helpful and at the same time they loved there Job.

We liked the facilities location and staff was very gud.

The bathroom shower faucet kept falling off and I had to re-affix it 3 times. The hot water took way too long to come out.

The room is very spacious. Thays a plus. The bathroom is clean as well .TV is good and the was good.
