Good value for money, easy check on and out. Good location.

We had 2 different rooms, which was comfortable with the 2 kids and the view was nice. The breakfast was also good given it is a 3 star hotel.

No fridge in the room.

It is close to downtown and the harbor

It’s noisy and dirty and old , the sofa bed for our son was not made up, we had to put sheets on and unfold it at 10 pm after a long day of travelling. For $200 a night I expect my bed to be made :-(

The location is very good. Very basic room, but not bad. Not a bad hotel by any means but not our favorite of our trip.

Location: just by the lake with shops nearby. We were parents and two children. Had fsmily suite. The rooms (separate) are comfortable. The bathroom is ok. There is a desk and lots of shelfs for storage.Friendly stuff at the reception.Continental breakfast was ok

Basic complictatation. Which means no kettle, no fridge in the room. But there is a bar in the hotel entrance. Unfortunately I had a very used pillow which wasnt comfi any more. The rest of the family had normal pillows (gues you can ask for another one at the reception). Overall, good value for the price

Comfortable hotel room, good bed. Room fairly small, but enough for a couple of nights. Breakfast was very good. Helpful staff. Parking in the underground car park under the hotel, which while not free, was reasonably priced compared to parking elsewhere in Konstanz.

Simple, but very comfortable, affordable great location near city center, good parking for 10€\day, great breakfast!

The location is perfect, close to the historic center and surrounding areas. Despite paying extra, the breakfast is also delicious.

Lack of own parking, but this is compensated by the nearby public parking.

Perfectly acceptable absolutely standard ibis hotel, opposite side of the river to the town but a nearby bus stop provides a regular service into the city. Very good brew pub almost opposite and whilst only a few kilometres from the Swiss border, the German prices although admittedly off-season made for a very good value stay.

The location was good, they also gave transport tickets for the city for the whole stay. Breakfast was okay. I did this booking for my parents (age of 60+). In the last day of the stay they told them that breakfast is not payed for that day (but it was paid for the whole stay) and wanted to charge one more time. Luckily my parents proved that it is already payed ?

Friendly staff. Easy parking in the parkhaus underneath. Great breakfast for €14. Beds very comfortable and room clean.

The location is absolutely great, you are just minutes away from the Altstadt and also minutes away from the Seestrasse where you can walk along the Bodensee without hearing a car.

A well-priced hotel in a very convenient location. The staff is friendly and non-intrusive. The rooms are utilitarian, but spacious and comfortable enough for the price. The sounds insulation is very good. The breakfast is satisfactory for the price, albeit a bit repetitive. One of the best price-quality offerings in Konstanz.

The hairdryer was broken on arrival and it was difficult to get the staff to do something about it. Breakfast could use a bit more variety. WiFi data transfer speed could be a bit better.

Bad

Our reservation was for two rooms.However, when we arrived they told us that second room wasn't ready and then we waited until six o'clock. At that time, we told us that room was ready but when we opened room's door bad untidy, window was open and tv was running.Room was so cold.I took pictures and showed these to the staff.They changed our room with the one that is arranged for special needs person therefore I couldn't use either toilet or shower and had to go the other room
