Landhotel Bodensee

The hotel was charming, the view from the room was lovely, and the restaurant was good.

The room was SO cold! There was one big radiator, but it didn't make the room any warmer. Luckily, there were extra blankets in the wardrobe.

the single room turned out to be a small apartment with kitchen, dining space and a huge bedroom, it was on the side of the building, so there was some lake view, very nice

maybe some of the furnishings were a bit old fashioned, but everything was clean and functional - really for the price and location it's difficult to find any faults

No lift, staff wanted to sell breakfast, temperature of room too hot on top floor, staff not helpful suggesting places to eat in the area, just said Konstanz is the only place to eat … which was not true ?

We would expect more friendlier behavior by the staff. Breakfast variety could be improved. The beds make very loud sound when turning on your side.

I arrived very late, I was able to park right by the entrance - great. Carried my sleeping kid out of the car, a backback on my back and some groceries in my hand. The lady at the check-in counter just looked at us handed me the keys and wished us a good night.Of course I gave her my name but that was it - one of the most considerate things I encountered in hotels recently - thank you very much!The room was very spacious, had lots of windows, yet it was well heated. The beds were comfy and the hotel was nicely decorated. The kitchenette was also fully equipped. I love such places and will definitely be back when I'm around.

The hotel is situated in a quiet location, so you can actually enjoy the silence during your stay. The rooms on the 3rd floor have a great view of the lake and they’re quite spacios, with a kitchinette included (which is great if you’re traveling with kids).The food at the restaurant is very fresh and tasty, I would highly recommed enjoying the breakfast and dinner there, during your stay.

The room/bathroom could use a bit of upgrade in terms of the furniture and appliances.There is no elevator available, so for a family with a small baby and a lot of luggages like us, it was quite difficult taking the stairs up to the 3rd floor everytime.I guess the hosts could put a smile on their face more often, as the general vibe was not so welcoming, as you would expect in such a beautiful location.

Excellent location! The rooms had a beautiful view of Bodensee lake and there were hiking paths close to the hotel. Konstanz pretty close to the hotel and public transport (two bus lines) also reliably available. Perfect for a leisure stay.

They told us breakfast included but at the end we got 10€ bill per person per morning.

the workers are friendly, the rooms are also very spacious with a kitchen, there are tv room and dining table. everything is clean and tidy. recommend to stay vacation near area Bodensee :)

I didn't get a room with a lake view. but still good with park view

Nice, clean room, with refrigerator and mini kitchen, toilet was strange, clean, but all from plastic. Clean room, but electricity somehow putted in the bed.

I love the place. The owners made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The room had a lovely view of Lake Constance and there are lots of options to go for a walk into the surrounding countryside.

The Wifi in the room could be better but as I was there to wind down, this didn't bother me. There wasn't anything that I didn't like. It is a beautiful place to relax and feel at home.

The tidiness, the view was phenomenal. The breakfast was delicious. The hostess was the best, she can really read your mind and needs?Kommunikation was excellent and everything worked as planed. Park on the property.

It was in front of a harbor with boats (3.50 €. P. Person), crossing to the town called Überlingen which it was very nice town and practical to take the other bus to go to Meersburg.??

It was about 20 to 30 minutes by bus from the city of Constanze. But hotels gave us a bus pass for all the 5 days

Nice place with very kind and nice people. The room was clean. The food in the restaurant was delicious.
