Aqua Hotel

The personnel were friendly and good communicators. The hotel was clean and quiet and sufficiently heated. There is an easy walk to a very nice and popular asian restaurant.The room was not cramped with adequate space to move about.The wheelchair access is superb, although I am able bodied.(Life has taught me to play attention to this.)

In the room, the bathroom light switch is strangely place, ie behind to opening door.If you open the bathroom door, the door cover the light switch, so it is not obvious.

I guess that on Sundays the breakfast is over the top. I have paid 25 Euros for this kind of breakfasts before. Now it was included in the very reasonably priced room

The bicycle shed did not open with my room key as it was supposed to (and was very hard to find in the dark)

Our room was huge, 2 queens that were very comfortable and perfect for a family of four. Breakfast is a 10/10- just great with fantastic quality and choice. The decor is quirky and unusual. Parking is easy and 10 eur.

The bathroom is tiny- like 10% of the room size and not very nice with ventilators that seem to never turn off. The location is meh- you need to use a car or bus to get anywhere and nothing nearby. No real facilities —even a small gym room is lacking.

Everything. Room decor was modern and nice. Breakfast was FANTASTIC (everything you could wish for) Unfortunately, stomach is only so big!!Restaurant was decorated in its own style, with lots of large Green plants.Received a Booklet on check in explaining everything including bus routes to/from hotel and with the FREE 2 day travel ticket, we didn't mind being out of the City centre. Receptionist explained what was in the Booklet thoroughly. Which was brilliant, instead of rushing through the check in process.Car park nexto hotel.

At first, being close to the Industrial Area. But after sleeping soundly without any street noise and having the FREE travel card. The area was not a problem.

The hotel has a modern, fresh theme that fits its name perfectly — everything feels bright, clean, and well-kept. My room was great, very comfortable, and having a balcony was definitely a big plus!The real highlight of my stay was the staff — they were absolutely amazing! So friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The service was quick, efficient, and done with genuine warmth, which made me feel really taken care of.The only minor downside is the area around the hotel, which isn’t the most charming, but honestly, the inside and the overall experience more than make up for it. A great place to stay in Konstanz — I’d happily come back!

We enjoyed the bar area and the environment. They had free board games which was nice. It was rainy out, but there was also a nice outdoor seating area to enjoy. Staff provided us with guidance on the bus routes which was helpful.

The room was spacious and quiet, and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with friendly and attentive staff – they truly made the stay special. Highly recommended!

I love how the hotel is decorated, everything looks and smells new. Our room was so big, we loved it. Most importantly, the hotel must talk more about the breakfast, because that is a 5* breakfast!

The views from the room are not anything special, but the location is good. You can travel anywhere with bus.

Very nice decoration, very helpful staff, very tasty breakfast. We stayed for a long weekend and it was wonderful! The interior is beautiful and the location is well-connected by bus. We really enjoyed our stay!
