The personalized care the staff showed. The wonderful breakfast especially for gluten free members of our party.The lovely spacious rooms, with lovely summer time air blowing through. Great secure bike storage.

The rooms are absolutely huge, and have a very high ceiling. Breakfast was very decent. The wifi was erratic - they're having some work done on the hotel, there was scaffolding everywhere - I wonder if that was the problem? Anyway, we were able to go into the breakfast room to get better wifi.

Size of the room.Location is very good for getting to Konstanz center and the lake. Supermarkt is local to this hotelTrain Station peterhousen is the nearest.Local public transport card is provided by the hotel.

It is a nice place in a quiet part of Konstanz. Very helpful personnel.

The double bed in a family room was not very comfortable.

Room very spacious, location quiet and easily connected with the city center. Overall nice stay.

We paid for breakfast one day, it was not bad but not too much value for money.

The rooms were clean and spacious, kitchenette had a decent basic kit - down to peeler and grater. The breakfast buffet looked small but there was a good variety of meats, cheeses and fresh breads. Plus cereals and choice of hot drinks. We wrote in advance that 1 needed gluten free and I was impressed that the lady on breakfast had it noted on our room number and had a basket of rolls ready. So a good experience in an interesting building. Out of hours arrival worked well with a key box - just tell them in advance!

You can hear noise from the corridor into the rooms. Obviously more noticeable when the hotel is fully occupied. Note the lift is very narrow and old fashioned and you need to open the outer door but works fine for the luggage.

We did not know that the parking is 8 euro/night in the apartment's parking area, so it was a little bit uncomfortable because they let us know the next day.

An old restorated building with spacious rooms , a small kitchen and a beautiful Architecture. A very comfy bed. We loved it and would definitely consider this for our next stay in this region.

Don't expect much from the kitchen.

Very nice and clean room with nicely equipped kitchenette.

No WiFi reception in room. I had leave the room and go near the elevator for reception.

The room was good, great shower. Kitchenette was adequate.

The room has recently been renovated. There was a smell like recent paint in the room that was not pleasant.

The staff was very helpfull and the rooms were clean. Location is really closer to city center. Room was really spacious

The restroom is in the middle of the room which was little awkward. It was causing some smell. The beds were not comfortable.

Excellent hotel, large room, very clean. Snow-white towels and clean bed linen. Kitchenette with everything you need for self-cooking. We were there in winter, and the room was very warm. Private parking and several grocery stores within walking distance. We arrived later than the appointed check-in time and they left us a key for self-check-in and detailed instructions.

Location of the hotel is very convenient: 7’ from the Konstanz-Petershausen railway station . Breakfast (especially on the weekends) was splendid and delicious.

The room was not as on the photos on the booking.com, and bathroom is rather small.

It is quiet and peacefull for one night stay and even for more longer period you have everything you need in the apartment(small kitchenette, utensils, fridge and all).all other facilities are in walking distance from this place.We really enjoyed it.

Very good location. Free bus tickets for the guests. The room was nice, but old, needs renovation. Enough space for the couple with the small kitchen.

The bathroom is to small. The beds were good, but without proper pillows.
