B&B Hotel Konstanz

There were renovations from 8:30am and there was drilling directly above our head. Very loud and no staff to talk to.

Im superrr Haaapy with the Bed Size I got in my Room. My Room number is 222. I would like revisit & book the same Room Number again (if its possible) for my next visit to Konstanz ???The size of the room is absolutely perfect too, superrr comfy.The Hotel location is also easy to find through map, and its near Bahnhof too. Plus its not tooo faaar from Kaufland & Sparkasse (with walking there)

On the first day i came, the warm water in Bathroom is work perfectly. But then, until my last day stay in Hotel, the warm water did not work --AT ALL. Its completely only cold water, either from Shower or from the Sink. The Air Conditioning is automatically turn off every 2 Hours and its annoying, especially in the night. Like i have to wake up & turn it on again.It goes the same for TV in my room, for every 2 Hours it turns off automatically.

The 2 days ticket for public transportation for free is great

I was a little bit worried to park my bike in the open garage because I didn't have a proper look with me for the 5 days cycling trip.

Nothing , If there was something worse to describe it I would describe as bad as I can . I had the most horrible stay. Couldn’t rest after a long trip because on how unhygienic the place was

Everything was horrible. To start we had 4 rooms and were not told one of the air condition was not working. It was overwhelming hot. All of our rooms were so dirty have pictures of it. For the price that we payed and the conditions we received was not worth it. I had bug bites all over my body. Getting out of the shower I found the biggest spider on the curtain it was disgusting.

The hotel was clean, the personnel attentive, everything was on the standard level of B&B hotels chain. So if you need just to sleep somewhere in a calm and clean space with no expectations of location attractivity, this is it :) Bus station is literally at the hotel and there is surprisingly not much noise from the nearby "city highway" even if the window is left open.

Breakfast is really simple, especially for the price. The room had two beds as I wanted, but they were very close together and the room space and configuration did not allow to move them more than ca. 10cm apart. There is no app-provided taxi service in Konstanz, but hotel will call taxi for you (usually paid in cash). The nearest "normal" restaurant for a dinner is ca. 15min. walk (but Google hadn't found the one closer), 30min. to the city center.

Clean, basic, but fully functional. Bus outside into main town every 15 mins or so.

Nothing. The structure is modern and could even be nice if the facilities were at least minimally acceptable.

Breakfast was extremely poor, both in terms of food quality and variety. Additionally, it was not included in the room rate but purchased separately, and was excessively expensive given what was offered. The cleanliness of the room was truly poor. There was a lot of dust in the corners and on the carpet, and hair from previous guests was found both in the bed and in the bathroom. In the bathroom, unless the sink's drain was kept closed, there was always an unbearable sewage smell. Among the extra services, we also purchased a parking spot in the garage. The spot assigned to us had actually been taken by another guest, forcing us to leave the car outside the first night. On the second day, they changed the entry code for the barrier that gives access to the parking area and garage without informing us. Luckily, we returned shortly before 11 p.m., when reception closes and staff is no longer available, and managed to ask the new code from the staff member on duty. Had we returned later, we would have had nowhere to leave our car because no one communicated the code change to us. The level of service was very much below average, even for a B&B.Note: I suffer from diabetes, and sometimes, during episodes of hypoglycemia, I tend to lose touch with reality and fall into a deep sleep. After parking in the hotel's garage, I experienced a severe drop in blood sugar and lost consciousness. I recall briefly waking up a few times but needed several hours to fully recover. Hotel staff left a note on my car window stating they suspected I had entered the garage without authorization and instructed me to leave immediately, threatening to call the police otherwise. They showed no concern about my potential health condition. No comment. Afterwards, they even changed the access code to the parking area and garage without informing us.

The breakfast was excellent. The rooms are spacious and clean. The design of the hotel is modern. Convenient location. Parking underground and ground car park (for tall cars). A nice bonus from the hotel - free bus tickets for the whole family. We enjoyed our stay very much.

It's nothing

We have been a nigth in family room. Very nice, quiet and perfect quality for price. Recommendations ?

Very good value, clean and room was made up every day.

The location could be better but city can be reached easily with your own car or public bus within about 10-15 minutes.

Buffet breakfast, friendly staff, close to Konstanz Central Bus Station and ALDI Sud Supermarket.

No signage from Konstanz Bus Central Station to B&B Konstanz Hotel, which could be an area of improvement. Travellers going to Konstanz for the first time arriving at night time would greatly appreciate it.

The hotel is okay. We have taken a family room with bunker beds. The breakfast is also okay, it could have been better.

We have seen lot of dust in the room which was cleaned after the first night.

Easy to find, good parking and friendly staff.

The Hotel was perfect for our family trip by car. Kind welcome, large room and good breakfast.
