Chérisy Hotel Konstanz - Self Check-in Only

In general really nice room, easy access and decent in clean terms.

Was quite chilly, took some time to heat up.

I have stayed one night and there was no receptionist there actually but I had to fill the forms online, the staff suported me by phone and online very well and they were friendly

I did not like the location as it was far from the city center and not cleaned as I expected in bath

Easy-to-use check-in process. Very big room. Very clean. Close to a train station that brings you to Konstanz. Overall, more than satisfied with the money we spent.

Usually in a 3 star hotel there should be good facilities with air conditioning specially in summer, When I booked this hotel I didn’t really consider deeply looking at the advertisement. Once we arrived at the place we got to know that there was no air conditioning either a fan. It was insanely hot inside of the hotel rooms. We contacted the hotel hotlines and requested at least a fan but we did not receive it either. Hence without any further discussion we left the hotel. After paying the same amount we found another hotel with much more facilities named Hotel Bilger Eck Konstanz. At the end we did not get our money refund and it was a complete waste of money. There was no receptionist and the elevators did not work from the ground floor either. And it felt like a complete abandoned house.

Way to many emails and whatsapp messages,Internet didn’t work and when I tried to contact them no one answered, for one night is acceptable but for long time stay I whould avoid.

Room was nice and clean.

There is no breakfast in a hotel.We paid for the breakfast and didn’t get it.

Well situated (next to the train station), nice new room, check-in was easy

No lift, door code at last minute, no hangers for cloths, no cups, no fridge, no facilities even to make a tea or coffee, no chairs, no nearby restaurants/coffee shops, no parking

It’s an old apartment building being converted to hotel. Bathroom floor is not even tiled. It had fake paper like surface. Bathroom is so small that you won’t be able to even stand comfortably. It has no facilities whatsoever. Management seems to lack some common sense in properly listing down their policies. Please don’t waste your money on this.

Well located , in a quiet area for a couple of sleep over nights.Everything brand new!

Everything was new. I had a feeling I would break something even if I only touch it. Location was good, connected via bus. Cleaning staff and the person on the customer service phone line were helpful with early check-in.

The booking for 1 day was not even 24hrs, check-in was 4pm and check-out was next day 11am. Cleanliness was not the best even when they said they need 11am-4pm to clean the room. I couldn't sleep until 3am, there was some live band playing nearby and they provided earplugs but I could not use them as I am not comfortable sleeping with them. There is no reception area, I was standing in the rain waiting for them to let me do early check in.

Very bad

Booking.com says there is parking in this hotel, while the hotel does not have a parking lot.  I sent a message to the hotel manager where should I park, he replied go look around the hotel and find a parking spot, if you don't find it, we are not responsible and it is not our concern.   I do not recommend this hotel at all.  If there is a problem, no one is responsible.

I liked the room itself: it was very clean and spatious, modern in design with enough closet space (no coathangers tho?) and the location was very practical for me personally. It was also easy to find a free parking spot nearby so that was a plus!

I felt like the room was a little bare when it came to appliances. Since there is no common kitchen (yet) i felt like a kettle with a cup in for tea/coffee and a simple glass would not have been too much to ask for. A mini fridge would also have been an upgrade seeing as there is obviously no bar or restaurant in this type of hotel.

Clean, comfortable, lovely little rose and Biscoff biscuit on the bed! 10 min walk to Lidl supermarket.

It was hard to find where the reception to check in was at night, and there were problems with the phone number for some reason (could’ve been my phone’s issue).

Drain in shower is not working properly. Would be nice to have a coffee machine in the room.

The stairs, you need to take all of your baggages to the third floor
