The staff is lovely. Rooms are just right. Björn was great to chat with and as always, breakfast was tasty.

A laundry facility would be nice.

I just found the room too cold (not able to turn air conditioning off) when Windows were closed.It was clear that some of the staff was not experienced and at some moments there was a bit of a lack of organization (they could not find our breakfast booking, kept knocking in our door to clean the room on checkout day and so on). But these are all minor comments, I would still recommend the hotel as most of the staff was friendly and helpful.

I stayed at this hotel for work and the location was perfect for my needs. The hotel itself is new and well-maintained, and I really appreciated the quality of the towels. The breakfast was also good, with a decent variety of choices.

I had issues with the housekeeping service; my room was not cleaned on two separate days. It was also unacceptable that there was no complimentary bottle of water in the room upon arrival. Another small issue was the underfloor heating in the bathroom, which was uncomfortably hot. Finally, despite a gym being nearby, the hotel had no partnership or special rates for guests to use it.

The General Manager ALEXANDER WISSLER most often present at breakfast, where he asks if the guests have any concerns, which - if there are any - he tries to fix right away. I had breakfast included in my price and it had a great variation of cold and warm items. There are 2 fancy coffee machines and they have a great variety of teas - loose and in bags.The property is directly by the busstop of Bus 6. if you take the Bus on the side of the hotel =it get you to a big Supermarket called Kaufland. If you take the busstop on the other side, it will take you directly downtown - the trainstation and the harbor - for example,

New, modern, and well-designed hotel. Spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable rooms. Excellent bed and pillow. Impeccable bathroom with underfloor heating. Good amenities: plenty of sockets, lighting, smart TV, efficient A/C. Friendly staff, housekeeping issues solved quickly.Breakfast included, good value for money. Bus stop right in front of the hotel (20 min to the train station).

Location far from the city center. Some rooms face a busy street or a construction site. No closed storage and too few hangers.Internet access/Chromecast system unnecessarily complicated. Reception forgot to mention the free public transport voucher. Too few seats at breakfast, food variety and quality only average

Hotel management is really poor. Staff seems very overwhelmed. Had some technical issues in our room and requested to change the room. Staff was only able to help after several attempts. No bottled water on the room.

there was only one person at.reception and when I came down from my room to get a bottle of water (apparently couldn't be charged to my room but needed to be paid right away) the young man told me I had to pretty.much return the bottle back to its place because there was a line of people wanting.to check in and he was going to take a while.

Location was good. blanket and pillows are comfortable. Desgin of the rooms are nice.

Staff are unfriendly and take a long time to check in. We had to wait about an hour to get our room while staff chatted with customers. A customer who was also waiting complained and was offered water by the staff - but you get free water at the entrance anyway... At check out they printed out a wrong bill for us. We found out from the reviews that this seems to have been a problem for some time. Well, it still is! It seems that the management is not really interested in doing anything about it. Either get better staff or train your staff better. If you want a double bed... we were told that it does not exist. Even though it is advertised as such. You can only get single beds put next to each other. When we pointed this out to the staff, we were told that the pictures online are only for advertising and not necessarily reality. Doesnt really speak for the hotel...

The staff is not capable. I have been charged 175 euro too much on a 186 euro stay and since I complained about that I have gotten 0 response via chat and email. I go there next month and will stay in the Hampton next door. Apparently it is needed to complain in person there. Terrible

Fine hotel with good beds, friendly staff, extensive breakfast and clean rooms.

The hotel was very clean, and the room was tidy and comfortable. We also liked that they gave us a free bus card, which made it easy to travel around Konstanz and nearby areas.

There were a couple of problems during our stay. We arrived at 13:00 with our one-year-old child, and even though the room was ready, the staff didn’t let us check in until 15:00. Most hotels allow early check-in if the room is available, especially for families with young children. A bigger issue happened when I lost my credit card outside the hotel. I came back very stressed and asked the receptionist if someone had found it. He just said “no” and didn’t ask his colleague, who was standing right next to him. He saw how worried and stressed my wife and I were, but didn’t try to help or check. Later, my wife asked the other receptionist, and he immediately said they had the card. This made us feel very disappointed, especially during such a stressful moment
