The staff was nice and helpful at all times. I would highlight the two Indian gentleman in the night shift at the reception (forgot their names) - great customer support and very kind.The property looks all new and nice.Having a bar at the reception is a good idea.

It's unfortunate that there is no free parking on site, only a paid parking building. Other hotels close by have free parking.Selection of food at breakfast could be wider.

Cost is relatively high

Everything was great. Polite staff, comfortable room and beds. Quiet, clean. Good breakfasts. Parking is an additional charge; it cost 16 euros per day. It's a 35-40 minute walk to the city center. By car, it's about 8-10 minutes.

The hotel itself was good – comfortable and pleasant. However, the fact that we received a parking fine a month later, even though we paid at the reception, ruined everything.

Parking caused a huge problem. We paid for parking at the reception, but a month later we received a fine claiming it wasn’t paid. The hotel confirmed our payment, yet now we have to deal with the parking company to cancel the fine. This ruined our vacation.

The rooms are clean and tidy, view the room #511 was awesome. The complimentary bus pass they issue for the entire duration of the stay was very helpful and the bus stand was just 20 meters from the hotel. The breakfast was very nice and we really enjoyed it.

When we arrived, we were told, that there is no parking (besides of unloading /short time) for the whole hotel. We could have used the parking house right next to the hotel for additional 16 € a day! But: on the booking com website the hotel says that parking is available and included in the price. The staff told us that the hotel tried to change this misleading information but they couldn't .. This excuse is cheap and not honest. We don't appreciate this (non)-handling of the situation.Another misleading service: they say that there is free WIFI in the hotel. If you log into their page they asked you to become a member of the hotel chain supporters. It says "if you don't do this, there might be no free WIFI for you ..." !!! We pressed on the refusal button anyway (although with hesitation!) and only then you got easy access to free WIFI.Hotels should be honest and not promote their own interests by confusing the people and giving half-true information. I cannot recommend such a hotel.

Staff was nice and friendly. Parking was right next to the hotel. They gave a bus pass which was very sweet. The breakfast was really good and totally worth it - some of the best vegetarian options of all the hotels we have stayed in Europe

Great location. The place is very clean and easy to get to using public transportation. The staff at the front desk was very helpful. Nice hot breakfast. Highly recommend.

The location was great with easy access to the old town by bus and included free bus pass. Breakfast buffet was very good.Our corner room was large and comfortable.

The hotel seemed fairly new, and the staff were not well trained, although they tried hard to be helpful. Staff in the bar had no clue about how to serve drinks or even what they had to offer. The cleaning staff arrived to our room very late even though we requested early service. When they came, it was very clean.

Decent Housekeeping staff ready to meet all your request on priority.Exceptionally Good Breakfast added to that a good snack bar.Well mannered behavior with a helping mentality of the Front Office staff.Lot of free space and very convenient parking facility which is adjacent to the property with a Competitive parking fees.

I had a delightful breakfast during my stay. The hotel is situated in a very peaceful area, making it a perfect retreat. It is easily accessible by car.

There is no direct parking available at the hotel, but a large parking garage is conveniently located nearby. Parking around the hotel is challenging, so it is best to rely on this nearby parking garage.

Reasonable value and a comfortable, clean room if you're willing to be out of the city (20 minutes by bus). Also the bus tickets are complementary for all visitors.

Wifi in the room is, according to their own terms and conditions, not actually free but given only in return for providing your data and becoming a "Hilton Honors" member. What nonsense! Just give us free Wifi!Breakfast was not great: the coffee tasted like mud, some of the fruit was clearly canned and "Welt TV" (Not a very well watched channel in Germany) was playing constantly on TV sets placed at every angle of the breakfast room - clearly they are being paid to do this. I even asked if we could turn off a TV while eating so it didn't distract the children and was told "no".

Rooms were a good size, clean, well equipped. We had adjoining rooms which worked really well for our family.

Very spacious room, comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Dog friendly. Proper parking garage nearby. The room was very hot, the ac didn’t work properly and it was impossible to open the windows since it’s right next to a noisy road. Some food for breakfast was cold, e.g. bacon..
