Pros +
- We booked the Family Room, which gave enough space for us and our 2 children. The hotel was in a good, central location, close to the train and bus stations. The staff we interacted with all spoke very good English and provided excellent service.
- Great breakfast. Very well located and very secure and dedicated bike storage.
- Excellent location
Cons -
- Showerhead needed changed, very small window
- Entrance location was tricky. There was no obvious signage just some 2 or 3 inch high stick-on letters on the building with arrows pointing the way to the entrance. There is construction going on in the street in front of the hotel which did not help things.Once inside it was a series of up and down steps to get to a sign noting the reception was on the first floor and another sign noting the lift was this direction. Hall was narrow and difficult to navigate with luggage.
- If you arrive after the check-in time of 19.30 you are guided to a gray box that is somewhere on the side of the property, difficult to identify. The hotel is in the process of reconstruction and modernization, but this brings great discomfort, because all the access ways are like in a construction site. Upon leaving, being accommodated on the 3rd floor I stayed for an hour to wait for the elevator that was blocked with the construction works, I had to go to the reception to request that I needed the elevator to be able to lower the large luggage. The room was not cleaned during the entire two-day stay, the dust on the floor was visible from the first day. I stayed two days in this hotel, the bottle for shampoo and shower gel was always empty, no one checks. The air conditioning did not work. Breakfast was pitiful, expensive and very poor, vegetables are missing, and food options are few. Parking in the area is very expensive, 24 Euro/day.

Location was very good, across the street from the train station and close to everything in the Alt Stadt. Room was clean and staff was pleasant.Breakfast was ok.

Very good location: close to Railway Station, old town, shops and restaurants
There were no shampoo, shower gel in the bathroom. We also had to ask for a hairdryer, but this is maybe because of room being renovated recently and therefore it has not been provided. The hotel stuff is very friendly and helpful, we have got the hairdryer very quickly
Location, the price
They gave us the room with windows towards the train station. The sound isolation is really bad between rooms
Very clean, close to seelife and train station, good brakfast, fresh, good beds
Nothing special.
Location and cleanliness
Breakfast- for the price, the breakfast could have been better.
The receptionist was very sweet and nice , he helped us a lot with anything we wanted
TV was not working at first, the door was only opened with key
The room was clean and there was plenty of storage room. Friendly staff.
Some things in the room weren't as hoped for: One shade could not be closed fully and the sink in the bath didn't drain normally. All of it could be fixed easily but their handyman was unavailble.
Spacious room with all necessary amenities
The dust, the hair on the floor, the water in the sink did not go away
Location was excellent
Breakfast was very limited. not even a cappuccino
We were told you can only have breakfast if there is space.
The bed was broken, only one room key. WiFi was so weak and not much signal in the room. Very uncomfy pillows.
It was clean
Sometime la tou could hear the other people on top floor walking or around nighbros talkin. For the breakfast hotel should add some more articles.
perfect location, comfortable beds, friendly staff
some of the bath towels had stains(brown/yellowish) but smelled clean.
The location was great and the staff were helpful. The beds were also comfy.
We were probably expecting more space than we got. When we looked at the booking we thought it would be larger. It was too small for 4 people.
location was ok and breakfast was ok
no room cleaning
The location of the hotel is good. It's just by the rail station and the lake. From the window,we can see the station and the trains. The room is quiet. By driving, it's not easy to find the hotel because its sign is small. You should look for the big sign of McDonald's. The hotel is just by the small alley to a big garage. I drove the car to the garage and didn't see the hotel. When we took the suitcases out of the garage. Oh, the hotel is just in front of us. The girl at the reception desk told me how to drive to the cheaper parking plaza. Breakfast is okay, bread, butter, jam, ham, coffee, fruit...... Walking to the lake and the landmark only take 5 minutes, crossing the street.
Cheaper parking place is a little far away, say, 15 minutes' walk. We walk to take the car and come back to the hotel for taking luggage. Of course you can pay more to park the car just beside the hotel.
Central, friendly hotel. Clean. Good water pressure :)
