Perfect location, walked around Altstadt in the evening. Parking available onsite in their courtyard for 20 Euros. Updated while keeping elements of an older building.

Friendly and helpful staff , clean, good breakfast.

The lady at the reception in the evening when we arrived was not friendly and rude, she seemed bothered by the fact that we have just booked the place spontaneously, kept saying that now she had to prepare the room and that she was alone. Maybe she was overworked, but It wasn’t a pleasant experience.

Conveniently located just steps away from the old town and a short 10 minute walk from the bahnhof. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Very clean and quiet with a modern look. Good breakfast. Has a lift.

Although friendly, the front desk staff good be more inviting and make more of an effort to address guests.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was warm. Excellent selection for breakfast. All staff were very helpful.

The breakfast was amazing, and what I liked the most was that the staff made refills constantly, until the last minute, so that every guest could enjoy it regardless of the hour.The staff at the reception made everything possible to answer our requests each time. A big thank you!In fact, everyone (from reception, breakfast area, to the cleaning ladies) is very friendly and welcoming, and I appreciated this very much as well. Thank you a lot for your kind and professional services!

I could mention the parking slots, which can indeed be tight if the place (the inner yard) is crowded, but this is of little significance/ not a big issue in my opinion.

The location is great. The staff is very kind.

I didnt like the breakfast - one of the breads my kid took had a lot of dirt on it, which makes me question where it is stored. The variety was not great, especially if you stay more than 2-3 days.

The room size and layout were pretty good! Tons of space.

Room was not ready at check in time, and the A/C wasn’t functioning to where it actually cooled the room. Was running all evening while we were out, and by the time we returned it was still at 26C.

The lights in the room are bad. No blackouts, so if you’re a light sleeper, come with an eye mask.

Should be aware that the parking on-site is generaly appropriate for smaller vehicles. Nonethereless, there is public parking available 5min walk away

The hotel was impecable, it was amazing to see how clean was all. The breakfast option was amazing and with a great variety. Finally, the people working there are just amazing! The person at the counter was always really helpful and nice, as well the people helping with the breakfast, excellent staff!!

The bathroom's door was kinda weird from the design perspective, and the rooms have poor sound isolation. One can hear everything around. Finally it would be great if the parking would be included from the beginning in the price.

Amazing stay at Constantia Hotel. Rooms are very confortable and the breakfast was great. Staff was super nice, expecially Shkurte at the reception who made us feel welcomed from the first moment. Higly reccomend and hope will come back.
