We loved living the hotel the next day…

The welcome is anything but warm. Our host's English is pitiful, and as for the room, let me warn you: the noise from the street is deafening. There's a roundabout right next to the hotel. The constant flow of cars, buses, and trucks is relentless. The worst establishment I've ever had the misfortune of staying in. Move on…A big thank you, however, to Booking, who understood how wrong the owner was and refunded me.

The rooms were very clean.

The hotel is situated on a busy road. There was a lot of noise from the street. The rooms are not equipped with fans or AC. It was very hot. Also, it was not apparent from the room description that we, a couple, were booking a room with two single beds.

Without breakfast.

There is constant noise from the junction so you have to keep the windows closed all the time but there is no air conditioning in the room so it is unbearably hot in the summer. So missing air condition is a very big problem. The restaurant is no longer exists (from November 2023).

This is a nice quiet hotel in a small village. Good room, clean and well equipped. There was a bit of traffic noise at night as it is next to a roundabout but ideal location for visiting Friedricshafen. I was given a complimentary bus pass and the bus service was excellent.

Easy communication with the staff, especially for the out of time check-in

The hotel is placed in front of a very busy roundabout. The road was noisy, almost all night.

Comfortable, clean and reasonably priced. A little out of town but regular, free bus service goes from outside the hotel. Lovely bakery across the road for breakfast.

The hotel restaurant was not open and there is not much else in the area for dinner or a beer.

Good standard room, very clean. Tasty and very nicely presented breakfast. A very nice and helpful owner whom I would like to thank for helping me with a minor repair of the bike (I lost a screw from the fender and he looked for a new one in his workshop and gave me a new one). I experienced not only above-standard service (free safe storage of bicycles in the garage) but also human kindness. When I go again to cycle around Lake Constance - one of the stops will definitely be in this hotel.

A bit old-fashioned facilities, but all in good shape; room rate a bit too expensive….

Very friendly Staff. Really good breakfast selection. When we stayed (4 adults) we got a wide selection of breakfast for each one of us: multiple bread rolls, butter, jam, cold cuts, cheese, fresh fruit, tea/coffee, orange juice... Rooms just renovated (looked really new July 2023)!

Not something that I did not like, actually, but something to have in mind: it's a family business so closed for lunch/dinner twice a week, on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. It's a pity, we wanted to try the food selection, the menu looked really good, but we chose the wrong dates... Hopefully next time! ;)

Great staff. Friendly & helpful.The room was simple but clean and for what I needed for a one night stay, perfect.

The hotel is on a busy roundabout so if the window is opened, there is traffic noise but there's not a lot than can be done about that.

Great staff, even though they did not speak English they were extremely nice and spoke German slowly. Very understanding, very nice throughout our stay.

Definitely overpriced for a very basic room.

there was no breakfast - told to go to the bakery next door. Booking said breakfast includedRoom was not comfortable - very poor for the price. Commented to the receptionist that the room was overpriced for what it was and was told that they were trying to make up for lost income during Covid! Poor excuse
