Very hot, no air conditioner, internet was bad

Room was overdue for a deep clean. Smelt dirty as soon as I walked in, lifted toilet seat and could see by the orange stain around it that it had not been cleaned in a long time. Although the linen was all clean, it was very washed out, even with some holes. Towels were overdue for replacement, there were blobs of what looked like m&ms stuck in the carpet. Found a cigarette in the shower. Lots of bugs flying around.I have stayed in hotels at less than half the price and not had to deal with this dirt. Also not helped by the guy at reception being very rude, was too busy stinking the place up with cigarettes to even grunt a greeting. All I got was a stare.

It was dated and smelled of cigarettes The coffee machine didn’t work And the staff were not interested

Breakfast was good

The sealing over the bed was so low that we both walked into a few times when we went to the top end of the bed. We could not even sit upright in the bed. Very bad design!

They answered late at night and they were really friendly as I had a problem with my reservation in another hotel… I easily did the self check in! Thank you so very much!

organized and clean

a lot the stuff is very unfriendly and even rood to the customers! we had to file a complain against them because of at the middle of the night we had Brocken glass from the room above us! and there was no one to reach by phone or in location to stop this. it was extremely loud at 1 AM! and even I had to speak to the room making this loudness myself but they didn’t stop. we really felt there is some people trying to get to our balcony even which is unsafe at all!!!in the next morining i asked for staff to come and see the room they didn’t want to come and they were extremely rood ! worst experience ever in a hotel so far from booking, such hotels should not be on your list

The self check in concept was a really good idea.. it would have been great if it functioned seamlessly.

We struggled at check in. The overall housekeeping and maintenance if the property could be better.

Nice spacious room with a balcony. Easy check in/out and friendly staff. Good breakfast .Ample covered parking for Motorbikes.A pity on the website it states the the restaurant was open however it was closed on Tuesadys so we had to ride to town to get dinner.

Big spacious room. Very clean and comfortable.

Staff were great and could not be more helpful, the hotel was clean and tidy location is very good close to the beach and lots of amenities. Dunkirk is surprisingly good place to visit.

The rooms are basic and geared up for families its not a three star hotel but clean, presentable, great staff and excellent value.

the carpet in the lift wall (!!!) stinks. nice and comofrt room. overall better than expected. Parking is a plus, staff friendly, easy check in, large spaces. great value for money.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable & spacious. They also have free coffee and croissants which was really great.

The receptionist is very pleasant. A nice bonus in the form of free breakfast. Liked that we got a discount for visiting tourist places. We were pleased with the presence of a balcony in the room.

Late night entrance.

Huge apartment, very comfortable beds and sof sheets, nice facilities, parking. Many towels available, everything comfortable and available. Staff helpfull.

Only thing is cigarette smell in staircase and little bit also in the room.

We loved the little old fashioned bowling alley hidden away it was so much fun ? ?

Knocked our heads on sloping ceiling a couple times but quickly got used to them.

Very good price for what the hotel offers.

Nobody on the servise desk from 11am to 7am next day, check in goes with computer screen.

Everything!! The room was great!! Everything was clean and great coffe and breakfast!!

The hotel’s dog is adorable and amazing.

The room is different from the photo and the facility is not the same of the room detail that we booked.

evenif we have reservation we could not do sele checkin after 7 hours car travel. ı am very angry to this otel and Booking.com.com
