Clean big room. Newly refurbished.

Parking restricted. A bit far from town.

The cleaners threw away some sentimental items and the staff didn’t really care. My late father’s bracelet and my late wife’s bracelet.

The price was outrageously high. There were some hairs in the bathroom and overall the room was not the cleanest. Staff was very nice

Old style hotel. Noisy small room. You will hear the people in corridor like they are in your room.Windows will let all the Street noise to your room.Check in process took a while.Breakfast staff mostly sitting and enjoying them selves, rather than assisting guests or checking the availability.

The stay was pleasant. There was plenty of parking, I paid for a spot. The staff's attention was good.We really liked the room, it was very big and had a private terrace.

It would be nice if customers could make their own bacon, I noticed that it had been cooked for several days, so it's not healthy. Otherwise it was good, lots of variety for breakfast.

At first sight, the room was quite clean and spacious. Good bed. Not too expensive. It's a modern hotel after you have entered the room floors.

The outside of the hotel is stuck in the 80s, including some broken lights. It says restaurant, but that closed. It all feels a bit strange and unsafe. Mug in the room wasn't clean. Quite some road noise from the windows.

The car parking for €10 a night was a rip off. It was so full and narrow I couldn’t actually park so found a free place in the road. The restaurant wasn’t open due to a function which they didn’t tell me at check in. Thank goodness for a Rewe over the road so I could buy food

Easily accessible by train/bus options. Close to beaches which we specifically wanted. Reception was friendly. Room has a balcony.

No deal breaker here but I think that the breakfast could have had some vegan options and the parking could have been a little cheaper

Hotel sales itself as a 4 Star. Onestly speaking, we found only 2 stars. The restaurant was closed and no bar available,

A good accommodation for a short stay. Great shower! TV channels in English (news). Good WiFi

The beds were not that great and pillows were too soft.Parking is a bit of an issue. Because of the limited space and you can’t reserve in advance. We were directed to a parking area down the street (3 minutes walk back to the hotel), which was fine for us (because you only pay as of 0800 am) as we stayed one night but if you stay longer might be an issue.

Amenities in the room like room slippers, bathrobe, and dental kit not present at a 4-star hotel is surprising. Also no restaurant, only breakfast available.

The Restaurant and Bar were shut before 9.30pm on a Saturday. Nowhere to get a beverage at that time. There was a vending machine in the basement but it wouldn’t work. That was disappointing. No other bars in the immediate area and the shop over the road had no chilled beers or wine either.

When arriving at 12:30 we were told to return at 3pm to check in, we explained we were going get the train to visit the area… they explained we could leave the car and walk to the stationOn retuning in the evening and checking in we were given area wide travel cards as part of the city tax !! Which as we had have to spend €21 for a group ticket earlier was rather annoying to say the least .We didn’t want to check in the room Maybe they could change their policy to allow check in and guest collection keys after 3.

Clean, warm, new facilities, friendly staff, easy to reach (bus station just in two steps)

Check-out is till 11, but at 9 the clean lady just unlocked our door and came in. Receptionist must tell about the rules with cleaning and tell ahead that we need to mark, that we don’t need cleaning. We travel a lot, and it’s the first time like that. Also the breakfast is very poor and I’m glad, that we haven’t ordered

The room was was comfortable for me. My room was facing to the Bodensee, I could see the Sea from my Balkon. It was big enough for one person and was very clean. Breakfast was so good and organised. Cleaning was done daily.

The restaurant was said to be open daily from 18:00 -22:00, however, on my first day they didnt open at all I had to go to tthe city . Second day they opened and got a menu that gave me running stomach.

Awful staff on the reception, especially arabian woman administrator in buffet, she behaved herself very rude, looking at people’s plates and the food they take and eat. Poor ventilation in bathroom, all smells can be heard in the hallway
