Really grandma's house vibe

No staff at all, confused during check in.

Passable

Radiator in the bathroom not working. Cold room at arrival with a closed radiator. Breakfast only a croissant and a coffee from the automatic machine. A bunch of Indian kids running around and Indian music playing in the dining room. Staff at reception a bit confused.

Simple check in, clean and comfortable room.

Breakfast price was more than advertised on Booking.com

The staff were friendly. The male receptionist was very helpful and nothing was to much hastle.

When we arrived our room had the largest spider and three cockroaches. I think they just came in the window as it has seen left open. We didn’t see any other bugs the rest of our stay. And I checked EVERYWHERE!There was a very bad smell coming up the drains too.

Quirkiness and location

Breakfast. It’s weird, there’s croissants, rolls and coffee available to help yourself. However if you want butter or jam with them you have to pay 6 euros for which you get a small block of butter , jam , Philadelphia, Nutella and pate ! Why ? I only wanted butter and jam ! And by the way the butter and the Philadelphia were out of date !!!! ??

Parking, 24/7 check in, nice and comfortable room, very nice bathroom

There are thins like old carpet and entry door to the room which are worn down and could be replaced.

Well appointed bright large room with plenty of parking space. Facilities very good and cleanliness excellent. Quiet room. Complimentary coffee and croissant available on departure.

Minimum staffing levels There ate two hotels with the same name in the area and I ended up in the wrong one....but the person let me in the early hours of the morning. Hotel seemed very quiet so minimum amount of other guests.

There was a free parking space, the check in was easy with the lockbox, and everything was directly explained in the room.The woman from reception was really nice and helped us a lot.We had breakfast (croissants and hot beverages) even if we didn't counted on it.Do yourself a favor and book it!:)

We had the large two bedroom suite and it was very cosy and confortable! Service was very helpful and available late at night.

Scammers. Don't book via Booking com. The booking via Booking.com login datas to enter in the hotel doesn't work. And they don't refund. Nobody answer at phone. That's the thing. I'm not the only one.

This is outrageous. I had to stay more than an hour with the confirmation in front of the hotel, nobody answered. I took another room. They don't refund. That's a scam. Already informed the police, since I'm not the only one

For my taste, decoration was a bit weird, it didn't fit to the concept. The room was very basic and the seats are very old and not comfy to sit. No plugs near the bed to charge the phone.

The draw in the desk was broken and hanging off. The fold out seats inappropriate and too low for an older person. They also took up a lot of space in the room. The carpet was stained.There were no hooks in the shower room to hang clothes on. We could not get shampoo out of the squeezee bottles until we had dismantled the whole thing and found they had caps on them, which had not been removed by the staff, to be ready for use. The card board crowns were a waste of paper and made fun of people with some intelligence. The antibacterial whipes were ok for the covid situation but this was finished and so there was no kettle or tea and coffee making facilities. The breakfast was a joke! ( French-style Breakfast) Dry roles, a mini croissant and a coffee). How to charge a fortune and offer next to nothing in return! The bible in the broken desk drawer did not make up for it!It was the most expensive Hotel we stayed in whilst we were in Germany and the one who offered the least!

Got two single beds, second day me and the reception came to an agreement to get a third night for free because we paid for a single large bed. The morning after that they came in yelling and screaming at us, being dramatic and agressive telling us that they never said such a thing. Perhaps there was a miscommunication, perhaps language barrier, but that would never be an excuse to start yelling at your guests. I didn’t go along with their demand to leave as we agreed on a third night, so they even called police. Terrible people and a terrible place to stay. Also all the amenities they advertise secretly cost like 10-50 euros.

Beautiful spacious room with nice extras such as good quality toiletries. Easy self check in process. Hassle free stay. Perfect.

The room was too humid and warm. We had to open the windows the whole night.

The room was basic but nice.

The room was a bit musty and needed to be aired out. Something like a fan would be nice seeing we had a street side room and couldn't leave the Window open.
