The room was comfortable and nice view of the lake.

Big spacious modern room with great view just in the city center, next to the restaurants and the Zeppelin museum. Very clean and really great breakfast. Coffee and tea in the room. Lot’s of space! We definitely would choose this accommodation again.

Excellent Location , comfortable, clean and friendly staff.

We booked very last minute due to our car breaking down on the outskirts of Friedrichshafen. The staff were very welcoming, got us a complimentary drink and then helped us get all of our luggage to the room. The following day we spent a large portion of the day in Aika cafe waiting for the car to be repaired. All the staff were very accommodating and made us feel welcome. Everyone there managed to communicate with us in English which helped tremendously.

The glass wall to the bathroom was a little odd.

We chose a lake view room which was perfect, looking out over the lake. Unfortunately, a boat was moored up right outside our room during our stay, which impeded the views of the lake somewhat!The hotel is very close to the Zeppelin Museum which was the purpose of our visit in Friedrichshaven. The room was spacious, with armchairs to admire the view over the lake and a good standard of facilities (we didn’t mind the glass-fronted shower room). The air conditioning was good, and very welcome as we arrived in a heatwave with temperatures in the mid-30s.The hotel is in the historic quarter which is traffic-free. You can take a car to the hotel to load / unload, but parking is in a public multi-storey car park about a five-minute walk away. Breakfast is served in the café next door. The choice was limited but the food was excellent.

Breakfast was more than great. not much of a variety. No open buffet. But it was delicious and very well made. Isolation of the room is very good. Bed was EXCELLENT.

They need to Fokus more on the Cleanliness of the room. We had to fight with many insects with was not to be expected. The View of the room was spectacular. Only Problem it was 20 % blocked with a tree infront of the Window because room was on first floor

Philip was very helpful, gave good advice and upgraded us. Staff is friendly and very helpful, especially Danny. Location is super. Coffee super, breakfast too complicated.

Was not a typical hotel..converted apartment…weird entry . Air consitioning was wanky..hose out the window on the porch..def need to invest in something more permanent. Also we missed out on breakfast because we were not told it was included in the stay till the end ..and it was awesome the last day so that was a bummer

Breakfast was excellent and worth the price. Room was spacious with a lovely view. Brand new furniture and comfortable bed.

Location.

Hard to find. Apartments converted to hotel lodging in a builfing nearby to hotel address. No hotel sign other than an easel outside the restaurant which houses the reception desk. The building has no street number either (that i could see). Area is pedestrian only with exceptions - but i did not know it because info is in German only. It created confusion and hotel across the street finally directed us. Actually OK to drive up and drop off bags. Parking is a few blocks away. All communication was in German i do not speak. 2/3 staff members i dealt with could not communicate well in English. I wound up in the wrong parking lot. Room very spacious with lake view but quite bare with one stool only serving as single night table for two. Charging socket on one side of bed only. Floor could use refinishing. No safe. It was a v overpriced stay.

Two simple beds instead of one double as described in the reservation... The price for the room dropped by more than 50€ two days before my reservation.

The location and the view.

At check-in they told us we got free breakfast and a free mini bar. What a surprise but at check out the girl wanted us to pay. We payed and didn't say anything about it but it's a bit unorganized.

The location was great and the overall experience good.

The hotel advertised parking was available, However, there was no parking at the hotel. We had to use public parking four blocks from the hotel. As a disabled person, it took me twenty minutes each way to and from the hotel to the public parking. Walking is painful for me therefore this was a major negative experience.

The location is on the lake and easy to get to from train and ferry. The room was big with comfortable chairs, desk and bed. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The room was refreshed each day and was very clean.

The room looked like the photo, but I didn’t realize there was no privacy for the shower. There is a glass wall to the bathroom, and no shower curtain for privacy. Also, to make the room comfortable we needed to open the windows. There is a busy walkway under the window so it was loud in the evening. With the windows closed only very loud people could be heard and it was fine.

Excellent View, facilities and location. They offered me good breakfast at no charge!!!

1 full size mirror was the only think I missed

Staff were super friendly. Spacious room with cool bathroom divided by glass from main room. Great view of the lake and mountains.

Bathroom walls could use a paint job.

The property is very comfortable and clean. I really love the location and the autonomy to come and go in a very private manner since it is not a traditional hotel set-up. I believe the way they are set up makes it a safer travel experience as well.
