PLAZA Hotel Buchhorner Hof

Spacious. Traditional German style and furnishings in common areas. Loved the old pictures, photos, and paintings on the walls.

Bathroom was very small, room was hit with no air circulation. Internet did not work. Paid --- euros per night for a room that was worth---

Great hotel! More than we expected.

The lady that was working the front desk on Sunday afternoon was extremely helpful. She went out of her way to help me with getting a train to Munich. She went above and beyond!!!

Everything is excellent. Room is very large and clean. Facilities are very good. I love it. Close to train station and bus stop just right in front of hotel.

Room (420) was wonderful, Breakfast was GREAT!. The front desk staff was OUTSTAINDING. Made us feel at home.

The room was modern, the beds comfortable and the breakfast wonderful. The location is also great - about 5 minutes on foot from the station and directly next to the lake.

Affordable place to stay near the lake. Good breakfast.

The street noise with windows open (which is a must for cooling the room) is annoying. Smokers and taxi drivers hang around the front door, giving it a seedy vibe. The operation relies on self-service checking and checkout so the staff isn’t always around. There is no view of the lake.

We had a 3 bed room which was extremely large. Plnety of space and facilities. The hotel is on the main street in front of the lake, so ideally situated. There were plenty of allocated parking spots (but we were off-season so I don't know what it would be like if the hotel were fully occupied). Ours was just an overnight stay en route to somewhere else but would stay here again if planning a longer stay. The outside and the decor in the reception/bar general public areas is traditional but the room was very modern, so the best of both worlds.

Friendly staff. The hotel is a Bavarian style dating back 1880. The hotel is modern with all the convenience. Our room was big! There is hotel parking just down the street for 10 Euros .

Unfortunately our sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Everything else was fantastic
