Very friendly Staff

Room size, comfort, location.

Check-in should be done by the guests but we had troubles - system was being updated and there was only one busy staff member to help. Indoor parking was full - and we paid for it.

Quiet location. Check-in and check-out is a breeze.

No fridge and electric kettle.

Reception staff attempted to double charge me for the room on arrival, and then double the tourist tax in addition. It took some calm, friendly conversation to correct this error. Otherwise a flawless visit.

Insufficient seating in the morning for breakfast. I think that most participants of the Fasination Modelbahn stayed at the hotel and were also early risers that made breakfast seating difficult.

Convenient and good value for money. Clean and modern

Wouldn't accept cash for payment anywhere in the hotel. Completely cashless. This would put me off using this hotel again unfortunately.

Comfortable room, OK value, nice and clean building, practical location.

Breakfast space was severely undersized for the amount of guests staying at the hotel, so it quickly became overcrowded. Getting up early is advised because the actual breakfast was very tasty.

Clean room, good solution near to the center.

In the evening and during the night the reception is closed and due to distance from the center is not possible to purchase any water or snack. Suggested to hotel to put vending machines for customers.

There's no clean services for 3 days of stay.

1) you need always ask: for cleaning, for fresh water, for new towels2) you need to pay for parking.3)no refrigerator in the room4) no wardrobe in the room5)blanket is good for winter. For summer has to be any alternative to cover body. Otherwise it makes body wet

Being woken early by staff preparing for a conference. Should room 101 be used if the conference room is to be used.

Room did not have tea or coffee maker, no fridge. A bit far from center but bus station was right outside the hotel.
