The stuff was friendly!

No elevator, No fridge. No air conditioning. Very hot during summer months

The breakfast was more or less okay (however it was the same every day), and the bed was really comfortable (however 1 out of 2 was dirty).

The bathroom was dirty, and there was no soap or shower gel. The whole hotel and room were old and in need of renovation. Even though we stayed there during the town’s biggest event, and they were fully booked, they left the reception unattended for about nine hours, closing earlier than their stated policy. There was no number to call — the only phone number available just rang at the empty reception. I lost my key card, and there was no one around to help, no one to get in touch with, and the machine wasn’t working. I understand that it was my fault losing my card, but I wasn’t the first nor the last person it happens to. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience staying there. The receptionists also barely spoke any English. I would not recommend this hotel.

Everything was comfortable, clean and quiet. Excellent breakfast.

Crowded but good breakfast. Saturday Sunday rate was perfect but starting Monday it was doubled

No shower gel, no hand soap, part of the curtains is missing, super expensive concerning how shit the hotel is. Asked for shower gel but the receptionist gave me shampoo?!

Breakfast was really tasty and rich in offer.

When we arrive at the hotel at 22:00, the window was open and the heading turned off. Because it was freezing and snowing outside, the room was very cold. Also the mattresses were very soft. There is no lounge area to sit in the evening, you have to stay in your room.

The room was very spacious and contained everything necessary. The breakfast had a relatively large selection. But definitely the biggest advantage is the 24/7 check-in.

The room was missing some furniture (for example, a small ceiling light, a door to one of the rooms and a handle from a smaller window). The heating was not functional. And the parking was free, but it was quite confusing to find,where to actually park.

Close to Lake Bodensee. 10 minuts with a Car. Very friendly Staff.

we got a small room in the attic. the elevator did not work. it was very disappointing that we couldn't take a shower because the water was constantly changing hot and cold

The rooms were nice, spacious and clean. The room was very hot and stuffy but we were able to get a fan from reception to get the air moving.Lobby area is modern. Enough parking that we always got a spot. All in all very good location and a fair value for money

Breakfast has some room for improvement. The buffet area is very small and gets overfilled with guests easily. As our room was on the ground floor we could not leave the windows open for the room to cool down as it was to noisy then.You could hear every movement in the hallway.

Very spacious family room with 2 double beds, a sofa and tv.

Our room was on the lower ground floor opposite the door to the car park. Unfortunately this door was open and was the smoking area.

The balcony was awesome, we appreciated the rooms were spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. It was on a good location next to the bus stop.

The room was a good size with a little entry way. Bathroom small but functional. The rest of the room sparse, No AC but we had poor wether so not a problem for us, during the summer this is an issue I would imagine.

no coat hangers, no hooks no suitcase table/stand to place suitcase. Also after asking for Hangers a poor excuse was given.Breakfast is for early risers otherwise you might miss some items. for the price of the hotel I expected a bit more.

Poor stay at good location

The rooms upstairs, which we were put in, were just terrible. It doesn't matter if the window in the room is open or closed.The noise and temperature are the same. The floors were without carpet, and the bathroom was from the beginning of the last century. My colleagues who stayed in the rooms upstairs also said that the rooms smelled (mould), so opening window was the only way to actually stay in the room. It seems that the rooms downstairs are refurbished as from the outside, we saw that these have new windows put in, but I have no idea what those look like. The hotel doesn't have an elevator. Breakfast was decent, and the staff was pleasant and helpful. For the business hotel and prices we paid during the Friedrischsfen aero show, the value for money was very poor.

i liked the bed, it was so comfortable. The room was clean. Breakfast was ok, not bad indeed. Free otopark was good.

Reception-girl was not so good in her job. She must be trained about front office procedures. Location is not perfect, about 5 km from centrum but public busnis available.

The room was spacious and clean nicely decorated. The breakfast was abounded and delicious.

The insulation is poor we heard people in the other rooms. The mattress was for one part to soft and the hairdryer was a pain in the neck.

Easy check in, a super friendly staff, modern outlook and ambience, compact and cozy bedroom and super comfy beds I sank in for deep sleep with all modern facilities, great breakfast

Nothing that I can remember

Good location, close to the city center and just few minutes to the exhibition. The breakfast was good.

The room was draughty and cold. The heater needed a half day to warm the room properly. The cleaning services forgot to mop the floor, therefore was dusty. The wifi couldn't reach our room. The bed were hard like a piece of wood table.
