Everything, but especially the breakfast and the parking lot, up to American standards!

We really enjoyed our overall stay here, even though it was just for one night. Our dates were a bit inconvenient since we stayed from Christmas Eve to Christmas Day, when most stores were closed early or not open at all. We urgently needed a few items, and the hotel staff did not hesitate to help us with everything we needed. We were truly thankful for their kindness.All of the staff were extremely nice and accommodating—superb customer service! We would definitely stay here again.

Personal at reception was excellent and helpful- all compliments, room was nice and clean, hotel is close to highway. Breakfast was fair.

This was a typical IHG property. Nothing particularly stand out. Better breakfast than in the US, of course, and similar to breakfast offered at other hotels and guesthouses in Germany.

While the property was convenient to the main highways, it was in a very industrial area.

The hotel is located next to the airport, but super quiet. Everything is clean. The breakfast offers a good value for the price and you shouldn't miss it.

The staff is poorly trained and seems to be somehow overwhelmed even with easy situations.

The hotel is far from downtown (but it's a 5-min drive). Open air parking is €10 per day.

Rooms have very small storage space, but it is fine for a day.

I liked the free breakfast. The nice staff and overall facilities as a whole. The bathroom and electric tea kettle were a nice bonus. The room size was nice too.

I am probably the first and only person to ever get here by train and bus. It does have a bus stop but it stops running at 8 pm which is rather annoying to plan around and limiting. Its also extremely expensive for European standards I can't imagine I can afford it again.

Convenient located close to trade fair grounds. Very friendly staff, from housekeeping to Frontdesk, all very friendly and helpful. Which is often not the case in European hotels.

My room was right above the entrance & outside smoking area. That created a lot of sounds of people talking there.

Top of the line franchise way better than Holiday Inn Hotels in USA. German management makes a huge difference in everything. Exceptionally clean and fantastic staff and extraordinary breakfast make this hotel five star.

I liked everything about the property

Newness, streamline hotel concept.

Did not like the two pillow choices, yet they is minor. Was surprised by the parking fee.....staff explained that bookings.com has a spot very low in the description that many people oversee. It would be better if bookings that come at a spot in the top section for parking fees.

No Restaurant but the Bar serves Pizza or Flammkuchen in the evening.

Location is not easy to find and poorly signposted as well as Not easy to find on the navigation screens. Try Holidayinnfriedrichshafen or Holidayinn Friedrichshafen.

The room was very clean and modern. The bath was shining. We loved the fact that check-out was at 12 and the breakfast was until 11 so we wouldn't have to rush. The personnel were very polite and always willing to help.

The parking space was limited one night when we arrived and we had to park on the grass.

Basic hotel good enough for a short stay
