Location. Comfortable. Parking available for my mcycle. Food and drink good.

Very small bathroom

Accommodation in the city center. It is a leisurely 8-minute walk to the lake. Parking is in the yard. The staff was helpful. I rate the bicycle rental directly in the guesthouse as an advantage.

On a busy road, some traffic noise with open windows but far from unbearable.

Very friendly staff. Wonderful in house restaurant that also doubled as a breakfast room which was excellent. Superb parking and bicycle rental facilities.

Unfortunately we had the top floor and there is no lift which was problematic with knee replacements. Also the converted loft space is rather cramped and difficult to get down the side of the bed and into the bathroom. Ridiculously the restaurant is closed on a Friday evening which in itself is odd but it did not state that there is also no bar or hot drinks facilities available, which given that there are no kettles in the rooms is a bit of a nuisance. Lastly the weather was still warm, so windows open, but there is a student accommodation next door and a very noisy kebab shop across the road with frequent shouting till 2am.

Breakfast was great. Excellent free parking. Walking distance to Friedrichshafen and Zeppelin Museum.

Room was a bit dated compared to other hotels we have stayed in, but I understand it was a more traditional hotel. Pillows were not comfortable and we had to be careful not to bang head on the ceiling as ceiling very low! Unfortunately the night we stayed most of the restaurants in the town were shut. No bar or chill out area in the hotel. It was a bit noisy at night while the restaurant was still open as smokers were outside underneath our window.

Secure parking for our motorcycles. Also, I advised that we might arrive 2 hours before official check-in. The staff couldn't guarantee a room would be available that early, but when we arrived they had a room ready for us.

We had the dreaded Room 31 (see a previous review) so although small bathroom and limited head room on one side of the bed, the room was fine considering the price. Outdoor eating area and breakfast good

Very hot room but a fan provided

Breakfast was nicely presented and there was sufficient choice. The property also had a lovely secluded beer garden.

Parking just adjacent to the property could a little tight die to a cycle hire shop sharing the same area.

Have stayed here before (last year) so knew what to expect.Good car park, comfortable room, decent bathroom.Good breakfast and staff decent.

Really disappointed to find that the restaurant was closed on a Friday.We have eaten here before and the food is excellent.

The room was large and comfortable, and the staff very helpful. Great location in the centre of Friedrichshafen, at walking distance to main attractions. Decent buffet breakfast, restaurant had huge servings.

The room was on the ground floor, with the window openng on the cargo unloading area of the hotel. The bathroom was very small.

The hotel had his own parking in the backyard. There were a lot of bikes available for rent.

The room we got was very small, around 12 sqm, not 18 sqm as advertised. It was located at the last floor, which was a loft, so even less space.Everything was working, but so small.We had dinner in the restaurant, there was intense smell from the kitchen.

Location was great for us.

On returning one evening our bedroom door had been left open by the maid, meaning anyone could have just walked into our room at any time during the day.. Reported to reception and received a shrug of the shoulders and a muttering about it being a mistake. For me this was totally unacceptable. Luckily all valuables were in the safe but not the point. We also felt breakfast was very basic, not even a toaster and difficult to get brown bread as mainly white rolls. Felt very disappointed as we were so looking forward to our stay but leaving the door open made us very nervous.

Clean comfortable stay close to the public transport. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent.

In the room there is no wifi, you must go to main corridor to connect, there is no AC in the room, only you have an unstable heating system, the pillows are so thin and uncomfortable, there is NO reception and NO management, you tell your problems to waitresses in the restaurant (they r vey kind people) , the worst thing there is no light on staircases at night and early in the morning and i fell down
