The room was clean

Hair dryer did not work, only 1 towel in the double room, the milk in the room was off.

The hotel was fine, it was clean etc

The lady working on reception on the morning of 27th July, was incredibly rude and surly. The two guys working the night before were friendly, polite and helpful, but that lady the next day shouldn't be working in hospitality. Spoilt the stay.

I always looking for this hotel for my motoGP trip every years due to the best location and everything in the hotel such as room size, cleanliness, services, breakfast all these reasons make me always choose to stay here.

Good size, nice shower, helpful staff.

Poor directions. Parking was full, had to use nearby public parking.

Lovely, clean, excellent place located right next to train station and car rental. Staff was especially helpful and kind.

Family room suited us. Hotel was free of noise.We had parking and electric car charging.

Polite staff and central location

Dreadful beds, incredibly uncomfortable, you would be better sleeping in your car. No ability to control room temperature and limited sound insulation from outside traffic.

Excellent hotel, spacious comfortable room, spotlessly clean; varied and tasty breakfast. Very good value for money.

Close to railway station, excellent public transport links. Friendly staff who speak English in case your French isn’t up to standard!

Bed wasn’t the most comfortable but fine for 1 night.

Location and clean room.

The venting system is way too loud in the room, even when turned off. Kept me up both nightsThe mattress is a bit too springy.Some of the restaurant and reception staff were not very polite and simple changes to reservatIons seemed a hassle and weren't really met.

The room was very clean and spacious, it was also very well equipped; TV, kettle, clothes rail etc. The shower was particularly nice. Very nice hotel overall. All bar one staff member were very friendly. Breakfast was tasty. Effia multi-storey car park ideally situated next to the hotel.

All bar one staff member were very friendly - when I asked for some more milk at breakfast it was as if I'd asked to draw blood :/ Hotel car park is very small, if you are out for the day and returning early evening you will struggle to get a space - instead we parked in the multistorey next to the hotel and never struggled to find a space.

Clean, friendly and good location

It was clean, comfortable and modern. Breakfast was good too.

The attitude of the staff on the Sunday night. The lady checking us in was unwelcoming and disinterested, however efficient. When we returned to the hotel after eating out at 10.30 when we asked the bar man whether we could have a drink, the barman looked to the receptionist lady who shook her head, meaning he then said no. We checked later in the room that the bar is advertised as open until 11pm. This meant the staff could not be bothered to serve a drink at 10.30, very disappointing.

Convenient and price was ok.

The bathroom was excellent but the towels were small and thin.

Hotel is ideally located for the station, staff are friendly and the room was a good size.

The restaurant is reasonable but we were served some undercooked chicken which had to go back.

Beautifully clean and very roomy for 2 adults and two older children. Location next to railway station but absolutely no noise at all! Air con great although sealed windows meant great noise reduction but no fresh air. Bathroom was a wet room, spotlessly clean and plenty of towels. Beds were really comfortable too. Great nights sleep.

Bed was comfy. Very clean. Great location. Staff exceptional.

Everything was very nice. The location is near to the city centre. The room was comfort and clean. The car parking very comfortable and just two steps behind the hotel. I reccommend this hotel.
