Good price. Kind staff.

Very small bathroom. Elevator was out of service.

It was convenient for a stop over, fairly close to the motorway, but very dirty, insect in the room, smelly bedrooms, it said free breakfast, but when going to the breakfast area there was hardly anything so we ended up going to McDonald’s for breakfast Which ended up being a lot more expensive our stay and not value for money, staff did not replenish anything on their breakfast area, we went there half an hour apart expecting things will be replenished but that never happened.

The room was a good size, also the location was good, lots of facilities a short walk away.

The staff, the woman at reception was so rude! Don't know how she can work in customer service. Also the sheets were stained which was off-putting.

Location, clean, secure, no fuss, better than F1, great price, twin beds

Breakfast was decent, but the choices were limited. The croissants ran out quickly, leaving us with only bread. The rooms were smaller and not as clean as advertised. The top bunk was uncomfortable, especially since it was said to be unsuitable for children under 6. Our kids, aged 8 to 13, found the bunk difficult to climb and too close to the ceiling. The sheets were dirty and had a smell. The walls were thin, allowing us to hear conversations from the neighbouring room. Since it was just for one night, we managed, but the low price should at least come with better cleanliness.

Lovely people, made me & wife/baby feel welcome straight away, area feels safe enough.Shops aren't too far but hard to gauge accurately as I was driving. Money wise, I don't think you'll any better

Very comfortable bed very clean nice staff

The room was not a good standard and was dirty in the bathroom. The heating in the room was not working. I have here twice before and the standard was far better. The rooms need refreshing and painting.

budget accommodation and great value for money - very clean and crisp white sheets! small ensuite bathroom is fine.Secure parking. Short drive to Le Mans.staff kindly filled my thermos with boiling water and heated my dinner in the microwave

would be great to have at least a kettle in the bedroom so we can make tea/coffee

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was quite spacious and very clean. I felt comfortable and safe staying here.

The Tv in the room didn’t work. Only discovered after the reception staff had gone home The bathroom towels are so old and disgusting need replacement

This is a 2 star hotel. Hard to rate the staff as only met one at check in. It is basic but clean. The room is tiny, just bring in what you need for the day and organise how the two of you move around. The bed was clean, big and comfortable Breakfast is self service. Baguette, croissant and muesli. There is a coffee/hot chocolate machine and orange juice and yoghur available. However it is adequate and yery affordable. You get what you pay for

It is more like a hostel than a hotel. I saw no common area except the breakfast area which was only open for. Good for somewhere for a night if you are travelling on a budget. I am not sure how to rate it as a hotel

Reception lady was very nice

I have stayed before and the location suits.

It looked a little more rundown and the area around the hotel looked unkept

The staff were awful. So rude. Unhelpful and obstructive. If we had been able to stay anywhere else so late we would have left.

Location was great, secure and clean

Not easy to find

Rooms are small but clean and functional. The check in machine was easy to use and the secure, free parking was a bonus.

The beds were uncomfortable and the shower tap was loose which made it difficult to adjust the temperature. Very expensive for the location/room.
