Campanile NATURE - Le Mans Est

Good bed, good choices at breakfast (cheese, ham, sausage, eggs, bread, cereal, fruit, croissant,..), good shower, free parking.

I was travelling with my dog I asked for a quiet room and they obliged.Comfortable bed and pillows

I was on a road trip, stopping over en route.The restaurant was not open on the weekend but the receptionist ( who spoke excellent English, offered to make me a pizza and dessert.It was really helpful and the food very tasty- Thank you

We liked the fact that the room had a kettle, fridge and microwave.

Room was comfortable, clean & there was a tea tray

There were quite a few rooms being refurbished &; builders on site at 8pm making a noise.I think shut the hotel down & get it refurbished or charge clients a reduced rate for the inconvenience of the noise.

Have stopped at this campanile several times and found good

Because I couldn't finish a booking for 2 rooms one for my disabled mother I booked first room paid 94 euros went to book the other room no rooms left so rang to say I can't carry on with booking this was 5mins I was told No Refund

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was excellent - especially for a French motel!There was a kettle and two cardboard cups, a microwave and a fridge. The bathroom had a heated mirror, a really good shower and the washbasin and toilet had been updated. The bed was very comfortable.

There were workmen everywhere. Our room was on the ground floor through an open corridor to a narrow back courtyard which was overgrown and a mess. The two doors into the room looked as if they'd been there since the 1950's as did the furnishings and carpet.The whole of the decor left is feeling we had come to a slum.

Disappointing

Like sleeping on the floor the mattress was so hard. I asked for a topper and was ignored first time and told they couldn’t help second time

Hotel restaurant was shut at weekends, and the drinks at the bar were expensive, like London bar prices!

They had listened to my request for a ground floor room

Very tired looking room . Inner door handle broken and hard to use , net curtains dirty and damaged as was the kettle . Told we couldn’t eat until 9pm and that there was no other restaurants local then chef overruled reception and said 7.30
