Fabulous bed- comfortable and big

Floor squeaked and I hoped I didn't wake those below me in the middle of the night

Convenience of location and for a 3 star hotel was great. Walking distance to everything but not to the train station

The room was very comfortable

No lift from parking to lobby,The dinner in the restaurant wasn’t tasty

The breakfast was lovely. I asked for a room on the ground floor or near the lifts, the provided one opposite the lift.

I couldn't park outside the hotel as I arrived at 6pm and all the parking spaces were taken.

Some of the rooms were very spacious

The location is a bit creepy. Didn’t feel safe. The staff was not helpful and knew very little English, communication was complicated. Parking was very limited, we parked outside and to this point I still am not sure whether it was allowed and legal because of the weekend or whether the man in the reception meant that it is not, but that the parking attendants don’t work on the weekend.The hotel and that part of town seemed to have known better days. There are traces of former glory in both the hotel and the town , but today they appear somewhat worn and past their prime.

Look from outside was ok but cigarette butts outside.

It’s is very tired and needs a complete makeover. Our room was a good size but the bed was too big for the bed frame and looked ridiculous! On arrival the flowers at reception were dead to the point all the petals were laying around the water stagnant!!! Not a good first impression.

Staff was supportive and kind.

This is by no means a 4-star hotel. It is old, shabby, and smelly. Way past its glory days. In a way, the price you pay is fair for what you get. But I was looking for a 4-star, and this ain't it.

I have restricted dietary needs, did not eat breakfast there. Elevator was charming and thankful for it in taking luggage to room. Beds comfortable.

Nice hotel. Good size rooms with comfy bed and well located. Staff very helpful. E V charger on site very useful. Great breakfast chef and lovely omlettes!

Beautiful hotel, with pleasant decor. The room and ensuite were spacious and clean, with L'Occitane products. The bed was very comfortable.The staff were extremely polite, friendly and helpful.

Comfortable hotel, clean rooms and public areas. Good location for us with easy access to historic Le Mans and a 10 minute walk to the station to catch the TGV to Paris. Our friends found the electric charging price rather high 25E

Lighting on the stairs is poor and care is required coming down from the 3rd floor as carpets are dark with no edging on the treads. Our shower was tepid to say the least, the water in the sink ran hot indicating that the shower thermostat limits weren't set properly. After a shower and breakfast, I mentioned this at reception whilst settling our bill and was offered use of another room for a second shower! We had no time with a pre-booked train, but even if we did have time, the offer doesn't make sense. A small discount was eventually offered. I hope they fix it for next guests. Shower temperature in our friends room was fine.

Cool vibe, very attentive staff, comfortable beds and bedding and a large bath tub. On site parking is included as well as breakfast, making it a good value option for an upper scale hotel.

Breakfast selection was similar to a continental type breakfast you would find at a lower tier hotel. Average breakfast with the exception of the lox.

The beds were nice and comfortable and the room clean.

Bathrooms were a little tired and some unusual plumbing, towels could do with an update to something a little more luxurious, though they were nice and clen with no stains.

We were greeted warmly by the girl on the front desk (unfortunately I didn’t take note of her name, but she spoke 3 languages). She was very helpful and was able to suggest a few places to eat if we required this information. We went to one of the suggestions and we had a very enjoyable meal in the old part of the town. She talked us through a proffered map, which was very useful and helpful.

As the hotel advertises that it has parking, I was disappointed that I couldn’t reserve a parking spot ahead of our arrival, however, on reaching the hotel around 5pm there were several spaces so we were lucky.

Breakfast was good .Very nice hotel and tge room very comfortable.

It wasn't the easiest to find and confusing how to find the entrance from the main road.

It was clean welcoming and comfortable, I strongly recommend if you want a stay in le man’s city centre.

The price of the breakfast , you are to pay almost twenty euros even if you just want a coffee . It is just too much for a breakfast.

The spacious rooms were lovely. The staff were very accommodating. Food was good.

The location was a little un kept and let it down. The garden could be improved.But otherwise a lovely stay

The room was great , bed was very comfortable , bathroom was nice. Room’s Breakfast was delicious.
