The staff

We thought the room was very small and it could do with a good clean especially the vent above the window

Good beds, good location, good breakfast.

Too few staff at breakfast to accommodate the numerous guests.

Somewhat disappointed

Initial reception. Group of teens was sitting in the receiving area, around desk. No one moved when we arrived. We had to ask if this was even a hotel. The girl on duty didn't seem very interested in our arrival.

Great location for exploring the old town and town centre. Useful car park so you don't have to worry about your car. Staff were very friendly and helpful recommended an excellent local restaurant. The young lady in the bar served my beer with a smile and complimentary nibbles.

The buffet breakfast is a bit average and not cheap €11.50. We arrived late for breakfast,9.30 and there was no fruit salad, no ham or pastries, little cheese and the choice of bread was very limited. Sorry, please try and do better for those of us who don't do early breakfast.

For that price the rooms are just far to old. Is like time travelling into the 90s

Although clean Bedroom needs a refresh it felt a bit dreary but pleasant view of river & city, as do the corridors Food offerings on a Sunday night very poor - microwaved or fried! Though what we eat was ok, fish & chips & pasta with ham. But probably limited restaurants open in town on a Sunday in April

Staff were efficient and friendly! Room was fresh and clean! Food in the restaurant was surprisingly good for dinner and breakfast was a good choice.

Problem with drain in the bathroom. Using the sink caused dirty water to come up the plug hole in the shower (wet room)

The room, with double beds, was clean and functional. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spotless.

The decor/ambiance of the room lacks personality and charm. It is functional and that is fine.

Lift, good breakfast, very friendly staff, price ok

Bathroom door was dirty, bathroom didn't look very clean, underground parking was narrow, a bit too expensive for what it was,

The room was basic, small and no kettle or beverage facilities. Drinking water would have been appropriate. Our room certainly didn’t match the advertised picture.

Property is a bit tired. Restaurant choices were limited. Car parking is a bit tight unless you have a very small car.

Excellent location, easy walk to the centre. Fantastic breakfast, and friendly staff. As a non French speaker, we had no communication problems! The room was a good size for three adults, and the bathroom excellent, we all slept well. Great to have a garage within the hotel.
