Location easy parking.

Bathroom was very dated and smelled bad, needs refurbishment.

Very basic, clean & exactly what we needed for a quick stop. Easy to obtain key despite arriving at 11pm. Our key demagnetised due to holding it next to my phone, but I called the number provided and a very polite & cheerful member of staff came to assist us.

Very basic compared to other budget hotels fell short

Room was very small and bathroom extremely compact - not ideal for large people

Friendly reception, clean bright and calm. Great facilities and a bonus of a supermarket and cafes across the road from the car park. Brilliant location if you wanted to take the tram into the city centre safely leave the car in the car park.

It was easy to book and easy to find.The staff were very accommodating with our very little French.

When we arrived there was noone at the front desk we waited at least 10-15 minutes for anyone to even arrive.The room was very basic but comfortable, the actual room was clean but the "bathroom" if you can call it that was very run down and marks around the edge of the pod where it was so old.It would do for a single person who was travelling quickly and just needed a room to sleep in.

To explain, we arrived at 1.00am and left at 4.30am. A total of 3.5 hours - we were chasing a ferry from Caens.The auto-check in on the front door of the hotel worked perfectly. Simply inserting my bank card to open the front door and issue paper room key cards - was brilliant. Parking was very simple too and very close to the front door.The 2 rooms we booked for my family of 6 were perfectly adequate & very clean all for less than 100 euros. Bargain.Very impressive considering we never saw or spoke to anyone else, staff or guest during our very short visit.

The exit and the road out.

Lighting was atrocious in the room.The room wasn't clean. The floor specifically had not been swept or cleaned. We had no coins, so we were unable to use the vending machine. My friend asked at reception, but I was told they had no change. There were no contactless payment options on the machines, so as a result, we had nothing to drink at all. This is very poor. There was a dried/crusted sock over what was presumably the smoke alarm. What is that all about ?

It took a long time to get room keys on lifts the bathroom had abad smell and was not very clean and the shower was a joke it was for a babe

Easy location.

Dirty, old and tired. Broken cistern flush in the bathroom and the shower was so disgusting I didn’t even dare use it. No soap provided for hand washing in the bathroom and a very old dirty shower curtain. Breaffast was very limited and unenticing. We have stayed in some lovely Ibis Budget properties, but sadly this was not one of them. We arrived late at night - had we been earlier we would have walked straight back out and found somewhere else but we didn’t have that choice. Far too expensive for the grotty hotel experience.

It was cheap and the beds were comfortable.

It was dirty and poorly maintained. The bathroom was very poor, with a dirty mouldy shower curtain and rusted clips. The room was very dark, made worse by the black paint on the ceiling. There was no one to help with checkout. The checkout machine was broken and the checkout online link did not work.

Very convenient, late checkin (like 1am). Friendly staff.

Cheap and cheerful but the room was just so hot and the window only opened a fraction. Could have been prevented of the blinds and been pulled down during the daytime before we arrived.
