Location. Value for money. Modern and clean room. The kettle!

Despite trying i could't get the air-con to work. It was late so I opened the window - rather than disturb reception in my pyjamas:

Cute and serviceable apartments and kitchens.

Pizza from the hotel was dismal.

Small kitchen area. They had a fan!!

Train noise and homeless around the train station area

Spacious, clean room. Very friendly and helpful staff at check in.

The trams are a bit noisy running past the hotel.

Shower was really good, spacious bathroom, not too noisy even though on tram-side, good blackout curtains and the hotel even supplied earplugs. Handy extra quilt was available. Tram stop within 100metres.

Might not suit someone with mobility issues as could not park nearby, nor drop off luggage / passengers due to tramlines.

Convenient location for the train, reasonable breakfast, comfortable beds, good shower.

Stained carpet, no bedside tables or cabinets, 2 coffee pods but no tea or decaff coffee in the room. The towels were small and very thin. Be prepared for a lot of noise from trams and trains.

Location! Staff were friendly, the room was a good size I’d say the bathroom is in need of an update, and they desperately need to invest in air conditioning. Id say it’s fine if you are stopping over for a night or two.

No air conditioning, there is noise from the station but not that bad.

Confusion over location of car park initially - that was fine, but the rubbish bags left by the lift and then the remaining smell in the lift was unpleasant. Then having to empty your own room bin before checkout and take the bin bag down to a room in reception full of wheelie bins and other bin bags was bizarre and again, unpleasant. Lack of air con was problematic with temperatures above 30 degrees however the room did have 2 fans.

We could see the hotel from the street but couldn't see how to get to it so in sheer desperation we parked in the train station parking and walked to the hotel which is very close by. At check in we were told the hotel parking area is off the station parking! It was entered by using a clicker and attached to the map of the parking area was a series of photos of the method for entering the hotel parking. The hotel parking was good. The room kitchen was the usual type apart from a large fridge. English was spoken at reception and one of the men there was very helpful. It was easy to walk to a nearby supermarket and to the parts of the city we wanted to visit.

The music in the parking area was too loud but that's something that isn't controlled by the hotel. We were on the side of the hotel that trams run past rather than on the train side. Ear plugs were provided and worked well.

Need to let guests know before they arrive about the complexity of getting in the car parkAlso no air con, fans provided but it was way too hot to sleep.

The location is good in regards of access to restaurants and very near to the city (walkable). And thats the only positive thing. The rest was a horrible experience.

Very loud at night (located directly at the train station, we even had windows on the tracks).NO AIR CONDITIONING and WINDOWS VERY NOT OPENABLE!! Horribly hot in summer, no ventilation at all.We really suffered in this hotel and regretted our choice every day, even thought about switching to another place every day but didn't want to loose money. Place was dirty and awfully smelly. They seem to be using the same cleaning agents like in old geriatric hospitals, because this is how it smells there.Avoid this hotel at any cost. We were inside only to sleep there, couldn't stay any minute longer then necessary.Avoid this place. Don't go there.

No air conditioning which was not advertised surly staff left immediately

Allowed to have our dog there, which is great. Friendly staff, rooms were adjacent.

No air conditioning meant our room was 27.6 degrees at night. That is just too hot for a family, including our dog.Lack of parking options (wasn't clear about having to book parking as a separate booking) meant we were concerned about parking our car on the street or in the very open Gare car park overnight (in the end we had to remove our entire roof box to get our car in the Gare car park).

The apartment was fantastic and in a great location

We booked this as it said parking available, however, when we arrived at property we were advised we needed to pre-book parking (on my special request I had advised I would require parking). The gentleman on the desk was so unhelpful and actually laughed and almost mocked us when trying to ask about the parking. Granted my French isn’t great but I was so disappointed in his attitude and he done nothing to help resolve the issue.

Big hotel, nice and clean rooms. Friendly and informative staff, delicious breakfast and a nice location in the city.

It's really hot in the rooms and there was no air conditioning. Also our room was in the part where trains start going, so when the window is open it's not very possible to sleep because of the lady in the station speaking from the morning.

The staff were extremely helpful and tried hard to solve any issues.Apartment was very clean and spacious and good value for money and had everything we needed for our 1 night stay.Secure parking for €10 .

The directions for car park were complicated to follow.The car park stunk of wee.

Really nice and cosy apartment. All neeeded facilities and close to railway station and city centre. Great team on reception and compliments from hotel during our stay.

Lift didn't work

Room was very comfortable and this group have a high level of standard facilities

Can't change, but hotel in a busy zone with trams and initial parking was not clear. Once we understood it was OK

Spacious fulle equipped flat. Enjoyed my stay. Next to public transport, which is also an issue with regards to noise. Noise levels wasnt too high. Near shops and restaurants.

Very convenient for tram station to Le Mans circuit, safe parking.
