Positive side: central locationTo be improved: breakfast area with windows, better quality food

The room was good according to the rate, the breakfast included made it more attractive.The breakfast was a little shy on choice but decent.The bed was firm a little, exactly how I like a bed so I slept well?

The door was difficult to open and close (room 406) after inserting the key card.The shower door didn't stop the water leak outside of the shower.I'm not sure I would recommend it for more than one night stay. It's just good for business or any other reason that doesn't need you to stay longer.

Bed was good and location. Check in. Very easy.

Shower wasn’t on the wall I had to hold it

It is cheap and the staff were friendly.

The shower gel container in our bathroom was empty.The toilet seat in the basement was cracked.The front door needed mending.Breakfast was reasonable, but the fruit was tinned rather than fresh.

A little run down and the breakfast was not as good as expected. Staff were great though and accommodating.

Friendliness and helpfulness of staff

No bin available in room, one small one in bathroom but no bag. Toilet roll holder held together by blue tape. Filthy corridors. Tv was hanging oddly on wall so didnt dare use it.Initial details of hotel say parking available but upon arrival it is street parking, if available!!!

Location and cleanliness

Receptionist smelt and reception smelt musty

A nightmare

It was totally inaccessible for my wife in a wheelchair, staff unhelpful at reception. Booking had taken the money réception said they could not refund. Caused stress and due to that booked a replacement, and in error it was I'm Caen. Booking.com had to give card details to reserve. Then, I realised error but was unable to cancel that reservation.Tried contacting Booking.com without any success.

Would not recommend

Not sufficient beds for the booking. Booked x2 rooms for 2adults and 1 child, and each room had only 2 single beds. No pillows in rooms, had to ask at reception for pillows. Air conditioning unit very noisy I'm both rooms, disturbing sleep.

Large room with disabled facilities.

The road were the hotel was sited was underground r road works. This was not on the website. Allocated a single bedded room for three people. Told it was a booking. Com error.Room was changed to three bedded room with a wet room which is useful for our son who is vision impaired and has learning difficulties. Parking was difficult with no facilities for blue badge parking. Had to park on the street some way from the hotel.

I got eaten alive with bed bugs and requested a full refund but they still haven’t contacted me after 2 weeks
